The country should grow logarithmically in terms of: corporate headquarters developments; engineering capabilities, financial services availability; commercial marine services, and the like; this, as the buildings are erected. “Cash Inflow” should become Sri Lanka’s reality with this project. It certainly has ‘location, location, location’ deemed essential by the aforementioned industries.

As we have written before, it is our collective opinions that rather than besmirching the ‘Lender-Borrower’ relationship, understand: “No One Coerced Anyone Into Engaging In The Project [No One]. In the instant case, China helped the Sri Lankans; we are unaware of any other of the billion/trillion dollar investment funds or other nations to do so. That China receives contempt from outsiders, for helping Sri Lanka, is pathetic.

As we look to the high North, far from Sri Lanka, in Siberia, investors are welcome to help provide capabilities and funds to develop infrastructure of this great expanse. Our views are Large Projects require: Comprehension of the problem and a viable solution; Superb design; Quality materials for longevity; Efficient Production; Precise Accounting for cost controls; Maintenance Management; and Proper Funding [at a reasonable loan cost]. The unfortunate reality for the millions of honest, word-working Americans, is: “You, through your taxes paid, pick up the ‘tab’ for the scoundrels’ financial connivances. Moreover, loved-ones who perished from this CV19 pandemic, are gone due to a creation [by whom we consider ‘Bastards to Humanity’]; they, and their co-horts in many varied businesses both in America, and in a few particular countries.

As to CV19, the American Pharmaceutical companies, appear to have taken Doctor Robert Malone’s mRNA formulation, and allegedly adjusted it for their gains [without compensation to him]. It is our hope, that, while all of us writing, have, to this date, defied CV19, by use of our particular diet, and behaviors, that other Nations’ leaders will look at this entire pandemic with a degree of cynicism, as we do. We, in International Business, have a operational adage regarding the many flamboyant ‘Project Front-Men’ we have met or have seen in the past, and today’s current iterations of the same ilk: “Delusions of grandeur are based on illusions of adequacy”. These “Prophets of Profit” never use their own funds for projects but instead seek out the sheep to invest. Some of the more opportunistic sorts implore foreign corporations to provide funds, since the ‘entrepreneurs’ are so “Connected to the ‘BIG GUY‘” [great success is surely theirs to be].

It is our hope for 2022 and beyond that the Puppet Masters’ Masters, their Acolytes and Minions consider that a possible ‘Fiasco-In-The-Making’ is under the guise of “Clean Air/Earth Atmosphere Temperature Control/Economic Prosperities Re-Located”. “Law And Order In 2021”: Makes Sense, And For Businessmen, Can Make ‘Cents’

In our International Travels, we had visited many countries around the globe, ‘Pre-Coronavirus CV19’; and we now visit fewer, until the Influenza abates, as Influenzas do.

The main concern we have, as travelling International Businessmen, is not so much our health, as we have a exemplary diet regimen we all follow. No, the matter of our Personal Safety is of paramount importance. If one is accosted, aggressed, assailed, or attacked [take your pick], it can ruin ‘one’s whole day’. Business trips are NOT cheap, and are very time-consuming beforehand; preparation is worth its weight in Gold. To have a miscreant[s] engage in felonious behavior against us, is something we always are on the alert.

As we advise individuals and businesses as to budgets, projects, implementations, products, et al, we always put SAFETY up-front for they to consider. We routinely assess all the countries with whom we visit. One obvious example of this practice is the rampant corruption occurring in ‘broad-daylight’ for twenty years, in Afghanistan. Of the 2.3 trillion of U.S. Taxpayer monies that went into the country, much went out into Afghani Leaders accounts elsewhere. As public as were these transfers, U.S. ‘auditing personnel’ did nothing to stop it. To pay for ‘Silence’ , one must suppose a portion of each transfer went into Americans hands. How much of this money is now in Tampa?

On a much larger scale are the contributions to a former U.S. President and his foundation: a estimated 1.3+ billion dollars. We understand that since his influence through the U.S. State Department has waned, so have the contributions from many countries’ businessmen and businesswomen. As to the intentions of each of those people, we can only hypothesize. Maybe they were being eleemosynary in thought. However, the recipients could always say: “No Thank You”, and decline the gifts. Our position is: “Do not blame the offeror; you might misinterpret his or her intentions. However, if you accept, that which you think is of questionable veracity, as to rationale of the offeror, you are the Fool.”

As public belittlement of “Prostitution” in America is prevalent, we, in International Business, are of the opinion: Bureaucrats, Businessmen, Government Leaders, who accept bribes, are far worse. They damage, large scale, the Nation’s “Moral Integrity”.

Great Nations’ Leaders Help Their Citizens First; Lesser Concerns Are Dealt With Thereafter [As They Should Be]

The current call for immediate cessation of the use of Coal, Natural Gas, and Oil, has the logic viability of walking across Lake Baikal in the Summer. The well-being of nations’ citizens, especially in inclement weather, must be addressed first. We think that the “Not Always There” {NAT} Energy sources can be used by the “Greenies” as they deem fit. If such sources are not sufficient to keep them warm in the Winter or cool in the Summer, so be it. To these people we say: “The odds of operating a nation successfully, with NAT Energy, is at present, mere wishful thinking. It has the substance and endurance, large scale, of a hologram.

As a nation with strong leadership, such as China, utilizes Coal to maintain high commerce levels, it also seeks other technologies to fuse into its economic system; this takes time. It is what it is.

Another advancement in Oil and Natural Gas exploration is taking place in the Arctic as Russia both develops its Northern Transportation Corridor as well as new fields in the far northern Gydan Peninsula. Russian oil company Gazprom Neft is exploring the resources in this ‘tough’ climate. Just like the same political party’s leadership in the earlier presidency, that fellow, was adept at shutting down Energy Projects in favor of NAT Energy. Today, fuel for automobiles, heating oil, and the like are at record levels in America due to inept and mediocre ‘littership’ in the White House. The irate public, we assess will create a tsunami of discontent that will sweep the other political party into office.

The Americans penchants for having Attorney-Politicians run the country have put it into a financial bind of $30,790,945,000,000.00+ presently.
