Strong National Leaders List For 2021

This year, globally, Nations were beset with twists and turns, that required effective Leaders to take Long Views of events occurring in their countries. By climbing up to high peaks and looking down at the panoramas before them, they could see where their energies needed to be placed. By ignoring Mainstream Media tempests, which are omnipresent when times are ‘tough’, these Leaders focused in orderly fashion on the needs of their citizens.

In 2021, we have evaluated the approximately 200 countries and determined, with intended objectivity, to ascertain those Leaders who continually acted decisively, and responsibly; this, to the many impediments in front of each of them. Our list is one that required vast amounts of our time to assess, evaluate, edit, and complete as the months rolled by. Some additions, to last year’s evaluations occurred; gross ineptitude showed its ugly face, though mediocre actions, in other deletions being necessitated.

We are of the persuasion, having viewed, over many decades, what we think Leaders are, and one thing is consistently evidenced is: A dearth of effect on them, by Puppet Masters’ Masters who attempt their influences. This year, one leader in particular, of a large Nation, was so obviously manipulated by his Marionetters, to be laughable, if his actions were not so harmful to that country.

Our Motto is: Tell it to us as it is; we deal with realities, not Main Stream Media (MSM) holograms. We all noticed, from our various countries, that the aforementioned large Nation’s MSM, have been mysteriously silent as to their leader’s gaffes, goofs, and gobbly-gook. They wanted him in office and now they can all choke on the ‘Crow’ they are eating. It serves them well.

All of the Leaders on our list may have varied actions, ideas, and purposes, with which we do not agree. We do however, respect them all as Leaders, not ‘litters’ as we have mentioned. The fact that they are patriots for their countries is excellent. Hence, their being somewhat devoted, to national wealth creation, should come as no surprise. Each of them appear to understand that COMMERCE [International Commerce] is in the best interest of their Nations. Non-hegemonic actions is requisite for GOOD COMMERCE. One does NOT go to war with one’s Customers.

It is our desire that the other Nations of the world, evaluate the Leaders’ actions on this 2021 List and take from it the best; implement such, for their own countries benefits. Inspiration can provide growth opportunities to the intrepid.

When: “What Is Yours, Is Ours” In Mining Occurs, Tribes Become Irate At The Interlopers From Other Continents

Our varied interests in Geology in general, and ‘Mining’ more specifically, over the decades, have allowed us to see the worst side of many Corporations [‘Earth Extraction Entities’ (EEE’s)]. All too often, they have sown the ‘Seeds of Discontent’ in the areas of land they mine or desire to mine. This has repeatedly been done around the world.

In Australia, we had previously written of the destruction of aboriginal artifacts through explosions in mining areas: approved in advance by elements of an Australian state government and EEE’s management. The damage done cannot be corrected. To the aborigines, what has gone, will only remain in their collective memories of their noble past.

In Africa, ‘Artisanal Miners’, who merely want to have a mere scintilla of a morsel of the diamonds, emeralds, gold, or silver they find with their hand and shovel diggings; in ocean shores, in riverbeds, or in jungles, to be sold to support their families. Large mining companies from continents afar, typically get law enforcement authorities to toss them off properties, using undo force. The management of many EEE’s do not care for the locals economic plight. They merely want the extracted mineralization at the lowest possible price [rather than ‘fair market value’]. Presently, more of the African governments are reviewing earlier mining agreements prior administrations contracted. They are finding rampant bribery to former government officials by mining companies. Furthermore, the monies attained were sent to bank accounts in Panama and elsewhere. This was the situation in Angola, for example. The citizens of the countries victimized were promised Gold, but given spoons plated with Chalcopyrite. The governments are demanding ‘Fair Market Value’ of the ores mined, not ‘Peanuts’ typically negotiated.

In northern India, artisanal riverbed rock miners have had a hard time to extract from various areas. They have decried the fact of being denied access to streams to engage in mining. Fortunately, it appears that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Damodardas Modi, has heard of their issues and is getting ‘officialdom’ in the territory to examine the facts involved. One would expect no less of this gentleman.

Papua New Guinea, has vast mineral reserves, of which Gold is a priority of EEE’s. A problem in the country, of which there are a number, is the damage done to the rivers and streams due to contamination to the watershed. In fact, this is a expansive issue with Gold mining everywhere on Earth. ‘Heap Leaching’ is employed with Potassium Cyanide or Sodium Cyanide being sprayed over the extracted ore to release the Gold from the rock. Percolation into the soil is possible where voids are present in the ‘material liners’ on which the ore is dumped. Where percolation occurs, contamination can become widespread in the immediate vicinity. Also, if a crack develops in piping taking the ‘Pregnant Liquor’ to the ‘Carbon Trees’ for convergence of Gold Particles with wire ‘wool’ contained therein, contamination of the soil underneath is probable; fauna and flora are thereby jeopardized. ‘PNG’ citizens demand accountability of the EEE’s.

In Bolivia, the indigenous groups’ lands, of which the EEE’s have been or want to mine, are upset as to the terms of contracts that have been signed. They demand dissolution of the agreements and want new, ‘balanced and fair’ terms entered into. Again, it will take Bolivian Leaders with the integrity of a Indian Prime Minister Modi, to review the complaints. They need to get their bureaucrats to renegotiate equitable terms for the citizens of Bolivia in general, and the affected tribes specifically; rapprochement should occur. Since the “Seeds of Discord’ have been sown long ago, we think the possibility of hostilities are too important to not act decisively. Physical belligerence may soon happen, with all participants losing, as a result. We anticipate the Bolivian government will understand the grievances of the tribes and deal fairly with them as well as with EEE’s, so all parties ‘win’.

It has been demonstrated, companies mining in Russia, have gone to great lengths so landowners, neighbors, as well as the environment where mining is presently occurring, are satisfied. The wise Russians learned for experiences of years ago, as to the benefits of responsible mining. Our Observation: “As A Ship Is No Better Than Its Crew, A Crew Is No Better Than Its Captain”; So It Goes For Vessels, Nations, And Businesses

We, in International Business, for a number of decades have witnessed, what we consider very poor leadership in many ‘Arenas’ by those who had been selected to lead. The adage: “God only made one Winston Churchill” is very applicable to many nations of the world today, unfortunately. As an example: It seems, as to politicians, once in office, for many, their country Treasury is their personal ‘Piggy Bank’; for them to use as they choose. So, they benefit family members and friends profusely, while their citizens ‘pay the tab’. A iteration of this situation has, and is taking place in America. It seems the son of the Selected President had, and is, using his birth connections to his father, for personal gain from foreign business interests [who desire entree into the White House in Washington, D.C.]; so it goes.

A deviation of the ‘Captain’ role, with politicians, are those seeking access to ‘ship navigators’. By having family members, to those in the House of Representatives and Senate, knowing which direction the ‘ship’ will be sailing, the information is passed along to husbands, et al for investment purposes. As we had mentioned in previous writings, those making roughly $200,000.00+ per year, and accumulate $100,000,000.00+/- before leaving office, are suspect. “Financial Acumen Extraordinaire” by family members, their Political Party ‘Germalists’ will assure the public: “There is nothing crooked with this play.” Sure.

The problem with ‘Miscreant Mediocre Minds’ enacting laws for countries, is the un-affordable accumulation of debt which can rise into many trillions of dollars over a couple of decades; so it has gone this way in America [$28,000,000,000,000.00+ to date], as an example of what we write.

Going past this ‘Greed for Self’ on a smaller level, as to them, was the gargantuan “Governatorship Scheme” contrived by a former U.S. President [‘Captain’] and his wife [‘First Officer’]. The ‘ship hit the reef and sunk with this stupidity’ some sea-goers might opine. Obviously, ‘mental sea-sickness’ of the airframe’s administrators, allowed this to occur.

In Public Health, there are MANY Captains of ships. Yet, it appears, they were ALL sailing into ’10 meter fog’ with their transmissometers turned off [as to the Coronavirus CV19 threat which was ahead]. To immunologists and virologists nothing more important than ‘1000 meter fog’ lie ahead [if even that]. Without belaboring the point, we have previously written our thoughts about the published opinions of the “Medical Experts” who never saw pandemic awaiting the entire world [Such a embarrassment to those with integrity].

Perhaps the world needs to pay attention to the ‘Ship Captains of the past’ who sailed or caravaned from the Atlantic Ocean, to the Pacific Ocean and back again, over a period of about 500 years. Europe, North Africa, Central Asia, India, and China were their territories: The “Radhanim”. They were multi-lingual, vastly knowledgeable of their traded goods, amenable to the ideas of others cultures, and business practices, and perhaps wisest of all: ALWAYS TRIED TO LOOK BEYOND THE HORIZON for coming obstacles and opportunities [it has been written]. “Radhanim” acted as intermediaries for social communications and business negotiations. ‘Ship Captains’ they obviously were! They went east further than Seleucus I Nicator, not through the use of force, but by being tactful; Silk is smooth.

Reality: Being too cocksure of its abilities, can put even the wiliest of creatures into a snare.

Leadership 101: In Business, As In Economics And Politics, Make Sure Your Ladder Is Higher Than The Hole You Are Digging

In America, we see the situation being: A President who was ‘Selected’, not ‘Elected’, must now try to deal with other World Leaders, who lead and will challenge him in all arenas: Economic, Geo-Political, Military, and Social. The problem for this gentleman’s acolytes, who got him ‘installed’ in office: They have energized other countries, who KNOW the career politician, to challenge America in all of its ‘Chess Moves’. Since these other countries are far less indebted financially than the U.S. [with its current indebtedness to others being $27,752,835,868,445.00+], it is essentially ‘handcuffed’ due to catastrophically poor decisions by prior U.S. Presidents. The acolytes of which we speak: primarily ‘Silicon Valley’ nabobs who thought they could act as Satrips in their fiefdoms. Instead, this professional politician who was selected by them, and whom they provided communication, financial, and “other” support, is perhaps awakening [or are his minions recruited directly from a previous President’s entourage]. This epiphany is that the ‘White House’ is hampered by: A ‘Mount Everest’ of debt; ‘Socialists’ demands for federal largesse; Awareness by other nations’ Leaders of mental acuity restraints ‘perhaps’ due to the U.S. leader’s age; Pentagon hegemonic aspirations as credible as holograms; Technology leadership squandered over past decades; and rampant illegal drug usage in the Pandemic.

Since we, in International Business, both hear and see of others, in many countries, views that ‘Monopolistic Command’ of the world is NOT the reality for America [a hegemonic nation standing on financial quicksand]. Instead, many other nations have ‘stepped up to the plate’ and are hitting ‘Home Runs’. For example, in space, China’s recent landing of its Mar’s exploratory vehicle, as well as its darkside of the Moon explorer are worthy of praise. India’s Mars atmospheric explorer is worthy of note.

In the military technology field, the Russians have apparently ideated, engineered, and are now producing hostile military aircraft detection systems that make ‘stealth’ aircraft, non-stealthy. The billions of dollars spent by the Americans are of short term benefit now as to this aspect of ‘stealth’. Additionally, Russian submarines are noted to be “Black Holes” as to their lack of detection by the U.S. and other nations.

In the areas of medicine, we know now that the U.S. Center For Disease Control and other associated government entities: Did not see Coronavirus over the horizon; Did NOT know when it arrived; their ”Experts” did not understand its aspects; the decisions by political leaders, for control were so inept that pandemic deaths were the result of poor analysis of CV19 capabilities; Shut-down of America cost billions of dollars; Steadfast rejection of anthropogenesis of CV19 appears to be diminishing by some Medical Professionals. It took Turkish citizens, presently residing in Germany to lead the way in creating a vaccine to help control or eliminate CV19. This was being done while the Russians were quickly creating their own vaccines. “Genius, is where one finds it.”

We think the Internet, which allows for immediacy in world communications for the masses, will ‘level the playing field’ and allow other nations to be creative and to disseminate their ideas and products quickly. This dispersal of creations can only help people to prosper everywhere. At the same time, it means ‘Singularity for World Control’ is a hologram that can quickly have its ‘Green Energy’ power source turned off by others. A historically hegemonic country, such a America, can no longer readily claim, and have the public believe ‘Weapons of Mass Destruction’ scenarios strewn out by a corrupt Mass Media, controlled by one political party.

In engaging in such tripe, the “Germalists” are to be respected less than a Trollop with Venereal Disease, yet still selling services.

Political leaders shut down many businesses across America and elsewhere. After many months of indecisive thinking they came up with CV19 ‘solutions: “Stay two meters away from the people near you; wear a face mask so you do not ‘spew virions of CV19; have plexiglass dividers separating customers from workers in casinos, markets, et al; wash your hands thoroughly; this even after vaccines are created and injected in people”. WOW! This at costs to nations of multi-billions of dollars? We hope such leaders have access to high ladders for the deep holes they dug; especially when the true financial costs of the ‘shut downs’ are realized by the public.

Reality: “Integrity” is something One of Principles lives, not something that he or she drinks.

If, Britain’s Now “Uncaged” Barbary Tiger {Panthera leo leo}, Joins With India’s Tiger {Panthera tigris},Expect To See Enormous Economic Growth ‘In The Brood’

Over the many decades we have engaged in, and watched, the ebb and flow of International Commerce between nations of the world. As we participate in International Business, it behooves us to stay observant of ‘Going Forward Movements’ of countries on the various continents. One such trend, we think, has rejuvenated itself in some respects: Britain’s exit from the European Union while India, through insightful leadership, goes with “Make In India” as its direction.

We have had laudable relations with citizens of Britain and India. Subjectively, we think there are other elements which will bind both nations as to their futures: The British and Indian ‘high’ intellects are of public knowledge; They are tenacious as to thwarting hegemonic nations; Both countries have ‘Leaders’ in Boris Johnson and Narendra Modi who are ‘World Class’. These Gentlemen know ‘There is NO BENEFIT to their citizens, in being a weak nation‘. Conjoined economically, as to future business ventures, along with excellent geographic locations on Earth [Atlantic and Indian Oceans] there is a synergy geo-spatially.

We presume that world events will propel both to examine military cooperation; this, as it regards such International Business activities in which they might engage in the future. As an example, piracy against shipping is a common threat on both sides of Africa and can ruin logistics of products to Europe and Asia. As India increases its mining, smeltering, and fabrication of metals for shipments, this can help Britain grow and maintain its manufactured goods prowess; this while India manufactures its hardware.

Britain’s Financial Center is of Global Fame. This acclaim is not a hologram; it was earned over many years. It is a asset of the highest order in International Commerce. It will be a most useful entity for the activities we foresee occurring between the nations.

India, which has renown in Computer Software, especially in Bengalaru [Bangalore], can certainly assist in matters of Artificial Intelligence to be applied to advanced projects and products. It will be of benefit to both countries to cooperate even further in Information Technology, than is presently occurring.

Looking forward, beyond “Panthera leo leo” tying up with “Panthera tigris”, as aforementioned, would be adding in both Australia and New Zealand to this brood. Thus, the Atlantic Ocean, Indian Ocean, and western Pacific Ocean would be great commercial markets. If the Canadians joined in, the eastern Pacific Ocean would give this group phenomenal marketing, mining, and manufacturing capability. We collectively think this is where such commerce is headed.

We have already determined, for ourselves, the Leadership abilities of Mr. Johnson and Mr. Modi. It will take further behaviors by the leaders of the other countries mentioned, to see if they are up to the game INTERNATIONALLY. For it is one thing to be a country’s leader [placating one’s citizenry of their concerns] and another to rise much higher and become a “World Class Leader” [which is arduous].

Reality: Many people try to climb “Mount Everest” and fail; a few with ‘Sherpa’ abilities succeed [this with Intellect, Tenacity, and most of all, Wisdom].

Jammu Kashmir [JK], State Of India, Minerals Rich, Eases State’s Investor Restrictions, Seeks Fundings In-Flows For Various Businesses, Beyond Mining

The Wise Leaders of JK have voted to reduce restrictions on investments in the State, and will reduce times for approvals for businesses therein; this is superb! We, in International Business, see time and again, in other countries, national leaders not understanding that impediments to commerce are facilitated with onerous restrictions. Many times, the ‘blockages’ have little, if anything to do with the intended commerce desired. The restrictions may merely be ‘grandfathered’ into a onerous process, for people desiring manufacturing, marketing, and or mining in a nation. The rules add burdens to intended projects that cost-efficient investors must incorporate into their business models; there are no “Free Lunches”.

For example, in JK, while timber and water resources are plentiful, so are arsenic, bauxite, coal, chromium, copper, gold, kaolinite, lead, lignite, marble, ochre, quartz, rubellite, sapphire, serpentine, slate, and zinc per the Indian Government. Investors should strongly consider examining harvesting and/or mining potentials in the gorgeous state. If mining is accomplished responsibly, its inherent depletion of minerals is more than made up by funds in-flow to the area. This, with properties remediations, assures all participants a ‘Win’.

Manufacturing, with abundant water supplies, also make for a wise choice to locate commerce in JK. Add in a intelligent work force, as is the case with the local inhabitants, and efficiencies in productions are attainable.

As to the aforementioned beauty of JK, we think also, ‘Hoteliers’ should consider International Tourism possibilities on a larger scale. Using the business proviso: “‘Beautiful Environment Eye Candy’ brings tourists, who bring their monies, then tell their friends, and a stream of ‘Mammon’ flows to the inhabitants living therein; all prosper through good management of ‘Tourism’.”

Simplification of “Business Eligibilities’ and ‘Timeliness of Government Approvals’ will bring logarithmic commercial growth to geographies seeking to prosper. We have see this time and again around the world. It is not “Rocket Science”; it is merely “Good Business”. Leaders in JK have made this possible now with their votes.

Reality: Many times, ‘Simpler’ is better; People can work more efficiently and faster, without being ‘manacled’ with restrictions.

Strong National Leaders List For 2020

As International Businessmen, we communicate at various times, with citizens of the approximately 200 countries in the world; this, through visitations primarily, and also telephonically. Over the years we have found that a person’s body language, including eye behaviors and voice pitch, amplitude, and word frequency says ‘volumes’. Such data is not available in mere ‘E-Mails’; Face-To-Face is best for privacy also.

In assessing Nations’ leaders, we want to know, above the standard economic data of a country [readily accessible on many formats], what the citizens think of their leaders. For accuracy,  close contact is required. Due to the fact many of us have nurtured many long-term business relationships with these citizens, honest discussions, without fear nor favor, take place.  Our Motto is: Tell it to us as it is; we deal with realities, not Main Stream Media (MSM) Holograms.

For this year of 2020, we have determined some Leaders, have performed exceptionally well; this, as judged by Current Economic Data [unfortunately, in part influenced by CV19], and by their citizens views of them. As an example, those listed did not suffer from “‘Politicians’ CV 19 FLU Pandemic Panic” and shut down their countries economies, as others have done; this at a cost the other leaders will not want to disclose to their citizenry.

We do not agree with all of their decisions our listed Leaders made, this year; nor do the other list Leaders agree with each other. However, the important concept to keep in mind: These Leaders LEAD, in spite of ridicule by political competitors, MSM, or other hegemonic countries leaders [or their nefarious ‘Agencies’]. They try to do their very best for their country: Culturally, Economically, Politically, and Socially; Patriots They Are.

We hope that all other Nations will have their leaders excel so that efficient International Business can prevail in 2021 and beyond; this with  “Internationalist”, not “Globalist” agendas.

In ‘tight economies’, while consistency of ‘Quality’ will bring forth new ‘lookers’, ‘Realistic Cost’ to customers, will turn them into ‘buyers’. In a “Negative Economy”: a ‘Seller’ must sell, or go out of business; a ‘Buyer’ does not have to buy.

Sonalika Tractors management, obviously put forth its ideation and manufacturing actions, long before, the CV-19 Pandemic. It certainly takes time to source suppliers, build, or have built to specifications, verify quality, then assemble components to create the tractors. While that is occurring, the Marketing/Sales Departments must think of creating ‘Customer Excitement’ for ‘Sizzle Sells’ the products. Where there are no ‘positive’ emotions, there are no purchasers. Obviously Sonalika Tractors personnel accomplished their objectives.

India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi must be pleased, for Sonalika Tractors are copacetic with his ‘Make In India’ mantra; a economically sound objective. India certainly has: Natural resources for manufacturing; Personnel quite capable; and Quality of culture, which has and will endure.

★ Some Earth Surface Explorations Are As Exceptional As Comet Surface Explorations

News Analysis: Airborne Photographic Analysis by some observant individuals produced an awareness in Siberia of the now famous “Yamal Crater”. Russian Scientists have descended into the crater to extract samples for inspection. Some earth surface explorations are as exceptional as the current comet surface exploration, European Space Agency Rosetta’s Philae Lander on Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko, which is occurring today by the Europeans.

Since the Yamal Crater is an enigma as to its origin, in a similar way is the comet, being landed upon. It is interesting that while man goes millions of miles in Space to decipher the questionable, Earth Surface Enigmas are merely ‘down the street’.

One might argue that expenditures for Earth Surface exploration are much more relevant to Man’s Survival on this “Blue Marble”; this, rather than millions of miles away on a common Ice/Rock Matrix of questionable Cosmic Significance. Yet, both investigations are worthy in that they increase Man’s Knowledge of: What has been, What is, and, perhaps, What will be. More than that, such projects provide “Job Security” for many scientists, technicians, and others who work on such long term government funded cosmic programs. International Businessmen understand this “Make Work Need” of governments. Yet, one might opine that in recessionary economies, such expensive long-term projects provide logarithmic drag on any hope of economic recovery.

The basic problem is most projects are extremely (one-of-a-kind) capital intensive up-front with anticipated YEARS LATER ‘Return on Investment’ (if a mission is a success – of which many are not). Should not such programs should have a “Trust, But Verify” of each and every element of proposals submitted for “Cost/Reward” Analysis?

If projects can be accomplished, as India just did for its Mars Atmospheric Analysis, for a fraction of the cost as America’s NASA Mars Atmospheric Project, should not people ask “how?” Although NASA sought more expanded data than the Indian Project, “Data Per Dollar” results may have been won by India.

Projects can be done in a ‘Smart Manner’, better yet, they can be accomplished in a ‘Wise Manner’. Something to think about.

Good News For Airlines Is Terrible News For Commercial Composite Aircraft Marketing Departments

News Analysis: The ‘Fantasy’ Projections of $200.00 for barrels of petroleum, in the world market,  touted by some Airframe Executives are rapidly becoming non-sensical to Alert International Businessmen. That which is good news for airlines is terrible news for composite commercial aircraft marketing departments.

Lower oil price directions make effete their arguments for spending hundreds of millions of dollars to purchase lighter aircraft to save some aviation fuel (as the fuel gets consistently less expensive). To exacerbate the possible threat to airline financial health, the “$200.00 Per Barrel Of Oil Myth” was created and distributed by the Airframes’ Minions, the Mass Media.

The aforementioned lower price direction gains credibility as American Oil, Brazilian Oil, Egyptian Oil, Gulf States, Iranian Oil, Iraq Oil, Levant Oil, Libyan Oil, Saudi Arabia, Siberian Oil, Venezuelan Oil, and others become available in the world market.  The greater abundance of petroleum will allow refiners of Aviation Fuels to offer lower prices to the airlines. Ergo, why buy  “Lightweight Commercial Composite Aircraft” for hundreds of billions of dollars? Additionally, Aircraft Engine makers are striving to make their products more fuel efficient.

As new Commercial Aircraft become available from manufacturers in China, India, and Russia, their engineers will have had the good fortune to utilize the best elements of other aircraft manufacturers’ designs to incorporate; and, to forgo questionable elements such as all composite construction.  All Metal Aircraft, as proven through many decades in Aviation endures. They will be employing, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Titanium, so the flying public will have the ultimate in safety in the skies. The lower fuel prices might even make their Airlines Tickets less expensive as an added benefit!

The Wisdom of the Saudis is to be commended, for they can see the direction  Petroleum Technology is headed towards extracting more oil throughout the world.
