Strong National Leaders List For 2021

This year, globally, Nations were beset with twists and turns, that required effective Leaders to take Long Views of events occurring in their countries. By climbing up to high peaks and looking down at the panoramas before them, they could see where their energies needed to be placed. By ignoring Mainstream Media tempests, which are omnipresent when times are ‘tough’, these Leaders focused in orderly fashion on the needs of their citizens.

In 2021, we have evaluated the approximately 200 countries and determined, with intended objectivity, to ascertain those Leaders who continually acted decisively, and responsibly; this, to the many impediments in front of each of them. Our list is one that required vast amounts of our time to assess, evaluate, edit, and complete as the months rolled by. Some additions, to last year’s evaluations occurred; gross ineptitude showed its ugly face, though mediocre actions, in other deletions being necessitated.

We are of the persuasion, having viewed, over many decades, what we think Leaders are, and one thing is consistently evidenced is: A dearth of effect on them, by Puppet Masters’ Masters who attempt their influences. This year, one leader in particular, of a large Nation, was so obviously manipulated by his Marionetters, to be laughable, if his actions were not so harmful to that country.

Our Motto is: Tell it to us as it is; we deal with realities, not Main Stream Media (MSM) holograms. We all noticed, from our various countries, that the aforementioned large Nation’s MSM, have been mysteriously silent as to their leader’s gaffes, goofs, and gobbly-gook. They wanted him in office and now they can all choke on the ‘Crow’ they are eating. It serves them well.

All of the Leaders on our list may have varied actions, ideas, and purposes, with which we do not agree. We do however, respect them all as Leaders, not ‘litters’ as we have mentioned. The fact that they are patriots for their countries is excellent. Hence, their being somewhat devoted, to national wealth creation, should come as no surprise. Each of them appear to understand that COMMERCE [International Commerce] is in the best interest of their Nations. Non-hegemonic actions is requisite for GOOD COMMERCE. One does NOT go to war with one’s Customers.

It is our desire that the other Nations of the world, evaluate the Leaders’ actions on this 2021 List and take from it the best; implement such, for their own countries benefits. Inspiration can provide growth opportunities to the intrepid.

Effective “Leaders” Lead Their Nations In Innovative Ways, To Increase International Commerce

As we had listed a number of Decisive Leaders of 2020, two this year (2021), we want to mention in particular. One is of a geographic smaller area [176,215 sq. km.], the other of a vast geographic expanse [17,098,242 sq.km.]: Uruguay and Russia. We have watched both countries over the many decades and have seen improvements in economic, political, and social growth FROM OUR PERSPECTIVES. We wholeheartedly endorse: “Capitalism With A Conscience” [CWAC] as a operational paradigm for good governing in seeking economic prosperity; this, for a nation’s long-term sustainability and satisfaction of its citizenry.

In Uruguay, Mr. Luis Alberto Lacalle Pou is establishing a new “Free Trade Zone” which should help his wonderful country, the noted ‘Switzerland of South America’, to be even more prosperous. Since his election, Mr. Pou has consistently shown a determination to increase trade, through Mercosur, as well as desiring free-trade ability for members of that group; a ‘Innovator’ he is. He has moved his country away from the ‘Socialist Agenda’ of his political predecessors.

We think it behooves investors to consider Uruguay as a good place to engage in International Commerce. It has: Intelligent educated citizenry (with good work ethics); Great location; Enjoyable year around weather; Moderate Taxes, Ocean port accessibility; and a Wise Government. Investing Dollars, Euros, Pesos, Renminbi, Yen, et al in Uruguay would be smart. It offers many agricultural opportunities and for ‘Industries’: Chemicals, Electrical Machinery, Petroleum Products, Textiles, and Transportation Equipment exist.

To Uruguay’s North, Northeast direction across the Atlantic ocean is the geographic behemoth Russia: the “Land of Plenty” (as to Minerals, Timber, et al). Its President, Mr. Vladimir Putin, has very capably led his country, from the earlier collapse of his predecessors’ inefficient economic system, we think, to a CWAC realism for his people. Time and again the Russian public polls demonstrate a high esteem for their Leader, a Man who truly Leads his Nation. Now, Mr. Putin has initiated a railway project to the Arctic [Sabetta, Yamal Peninsula] that will supplement portions of the North Sea Route from Europe to Asia, with the flow of goods and materials needed for the gargantuan undertaking. By sailing through this route, shippers will save seven to ten days versus going through the Suez Canal from Asia to Europe. He Has also expanded his Nuclear Ice Breaker Fleet to facilitate shipping. One of the many aspects of his leadership we extol, his financial acumen in keeping his Nation’s expenditures in check and NOT engaging in FOOLISH ‘hyper-expensive’ hegemonic forays around the world [as evidenced by another nation’s recent history].

As we have maintained for decades, many Intelligence Agents make good executives. They have: a wealth of experience in dealing with others; are good thinking ‘on the move’; are resourceful; keep a calm demeanor, and can make proper-timed ‘Chess’ moves. In this regard, we think Mr. Putin is a “Chess Master”, no current political leader anywhere is his equal.

“Jealous others” from afar, [the ‘Germalists’ [writers] in foreign nations’ Mainstream Media] if they try to disparage Mr. Putin’s actions, the more they will demonstrate the effete results of their ‘Handlers’ above them; this, and hostile government leaders in those nations with hidden agendas. Their acrimony is understood, by the intellect of many others, to be merely ‘Sour Grapes’, nothing more valid.

We wish the very best for both President Pou and President Putin as they both facilitate CWAC in their countries.

Reality: Small physical country or large, Great Leaders always demonstrate Integrity and Wisdom, that is why the ‘Man Upstairs’ retains them in the positions.

Strong National Leaders List For 2020

As International Businessmen, we communicate at various times, with citizens of the approximately 200 countries in the world; this, through visitations primarily, and also telephonically. Over the years we have found that a person’s body language, including eye behaviors and voice pitch, amplitude, and word frequency says ‘volumes’. Such data is not available in mere ‘E-Mails’; Face-To-Face is best for privacy also.

In assessing Nations’ leaders, we want to know, above the standard economic data of a country [readily accessible on many formats], what the citizens think of their leaders. For accuracy,  close contact is required. Due to the fact many of us have nurtured many long-term business relationships with these citizens, honest discussions, without fear nor favor, take place.  Our Motto is: Tell it to us as it is; we deal with realities, not Main Stream Media (MSM) Holograms.

For this year of 2020, we have determined some Leaders, have performed exceptionally well; this, as judged by Current Economic Data [unfortunately, in part influenced by CV19], and by their citizens views of them. As an example, those listed did not suffer from “‘Politicians’ CV 19 FLU Pandemic Panic” and shut down their countries economies, as others have done; this at a cost the other leaders will not want to disclose to their citizenry.

We do not agree with all of their decisions our listed Leaders made, this year; nor do the other list Leaders agree with each other. However, the important concept to keep in mind: These Leaders LEAD, in spite of ridicule by political competitors, MSM, or other hegemonic countries leaders [or their nefarious ‘Agencies’]. They try to do their very best for their country: Culturally, Economically, Politically, and Socially; Patriots They Are.

We hope that all other Nations will have their leaders excel so that efficient International Business can prevail in 2021 and beyond; this with  “Internationalist”, not “Globalist” agendas.

Uruguay’s Search For Oil, By Australian Experts, Bodes Well For Hopefully Finding Huge Deposits

News Analysis: An expectation of finding up to 902 Million Barrels of oil in just two exploration blocks, gives Uruguayans hope for ending oil imports. The Australian firm leading this exploration activity  is commencing to look for partners to share in this potential bonanza.  Uruguay’s search for oil, by Australian experts, bodes well for hopefully finding huge deposits heretofore unknown in this geography.

Uruguay’s well operated government, under President Jose Mujica, would have another large Natural Resource beyond timber, from which to export to other nations. Its certifying the Australians to search for the large deposits now is wise.

Upon their potential discoveries, the exact locations, depths, sizes, and quality of oil have to be determined; that will take some time. As production would commence, in several years thereafter (or perhaps sooner), world oil prices should have stabilized. Thus, oil investors would feel confident to capitalize future production development.

The 3.3+ million Uruguayans, in their 176,215 Km2 (68,036 Mi2) country, may begin enjoying abundant harvests of monies due to both their forward thinking government and the Intrepidness of some particular Australians.

Uruguay Sold Its PLUNA National Airline’s Aircraft For Free?

News Analysis:  Uruguay allegedly has not received payment for the sale of Seven Bombardier CRJ-900’s Aircraft.  PLUNA Primeras Lineas Uruguayas de Navegacion Aerea (First Uruguayan Air Navigation Lines) sold the Airliners to a local businessman when the Government ceased the Airlines’ operations. Many citizens of Uruguay wonder was this sale effectively  a “Gift” to the gentleman; Bombardier CRJ-900 Aircraft are not inexpensive.

Perhaps, with the assistance of Forensic Accountants, an examination can determine if payment for all of the aircraft had been made but not credited properly. Perhaps the “Holiday Spirit” influenced the Uruguayan Transportation Authorities to indulge in Aircraft “Gift Giving” on an extraordinary scale.
