The stronger North America Plate is colliding with the Juan De Fuca and Gorda  Tectonic Plates. Scientists predict the North America Plate which is being pushed down by the other two Plates will “Snap Back” and create an Earthquake of approximately 9.0 Magnitude. In the past, an Earthquake occurred along the North West Coast of America  and immediately thereafter a Major Air Frame moved its Headquarters elsewhere (while denying their fears about the Event). In America there are an estimated 310+ Million Non-Military Firearms in Control by U.S. Citizens. Approximately 47 % of Americans have at least one Firearm in their home. In applying to buy a  firearm(s), approximately 39% of applicants are denied the Purchase due to felony Convictions or Criminal Indictments. An interesting statistic is that in 2009 there were 16,799 Homicides in America of which 11,493 were committed with a Firearm. Of the 5,000+ Non-Firearm Homicides should America: “Outlaw Knives” and all other forms of paraphernalia used?  How many Homicides, Rapes, Robberies, etc. in 2009, Never Occurred due to the thinking of the Miscreant(s) that the intended Victim(s) or someone nearby might have a Firearm and “Could Ruin Their Whole Day”?

The simple reality of Crime is: It will occur in environments where Criminals think they will not be Apprehended (nor injured or killed) for their Evil Deeds. More Heinous Mass Crimes WILL OCCUR where the Criminal(s) thinks LETHAL SELF-DEFENSE CAPABILITY of possible Victims is Inversely related to the Level of Hostile Aggression they are to experience.

★ U.S. Director Of National Intelligence May Have To Expand His Horizons

News Analysis: The U.S. Director of National Intelligence (USDNI) may expand his Horizons by realizing: “THERE ARE NO LONG TERM SECRETS”. This simple Reality is especially true when lamenting the release of Information by his Own Employees. Perhaps if he were to Expand His Horizons by considering ‘The Great Rule Book: The U.S. Constitution’ (TGRB:TUSC) he would see where a Psychological Pandemic developed; this across the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC).

Violations of the ‘TGRB:TUSC’s’  Principles, in contravention of the Rights of American Citizens (especially the First and Fourth Amendments) was due to the “War On Terrorism” as it had been designated. These Violations should have been understood by all in the ‘USIC’ including the ‘USDNI’, not just by Several Concerned Employees in Intelligence. Instead, Hundreds of Thousands members of the ‘USIC’ essentially ‘turned against’ the rest of the Citizens of America.

The White House and its ‘USIC” Minions did NOT THINK OF THE CONSEQUENCES OF USURPING THE ‘TGRB:TUSC.  The ‘USIC’ merely became ‘Robots’ performing as programmed (being evidentiary of the Hysteria). In reality, the ‘Robots’ had done great damage to America. Usama Bin Laden or His Associates could never achieve the destroying part of ‘TGRB:TUSC’! He and his Henchmen DAMAGED some buildings (killing people).

The present Yearly Expenditures by the American Government ‘Fighting Terrorists’ (in which it has not shown to stop even ONE U.S. Terrorist Attack) must be greatly enjoyed by those who resent ‘The Bald Eagle”.

If the ‘USDNI’, an intelligent Gentleman, expands his thinking to “Are present Expenditures to ‘Catch Terrorists’, ‘Catching Terrorists’?” he may realize The “Billion+ Dollars Per Terrorist” is Financially Unsound. The “USIC’ is spending Billions of Dollars to Create a Haystack to find some Needles therein. In contrast, he may ask: “How much money are the Terrorists spending to attack the people of America?”; probably a mere pittance, may people guess.

Also, “Could it be that the Terrorists are sitting back, doing NEXT TO NOTHING, and letting America ‘Bleed Itself To Death Financially’?” Perhaps, the ‘USDNI’ can understand Americans saying: “There have there been NO ‘Officially Foreign Organized’ Terrorist Attacks in America?” Ergo, could the aforementioned ‘Blood Letting” Theory be germane?

If this Dedicated American, the ‘USDNI’, SERIOUSLY CONSIDERS: the ‘TGRB:TUSC’ ; the Financial Expenditures which have not achieved much; the ‘Self-Bloodletting Strategy of the Terrorists; the extreme irritation of LOYAL AMERICANS; the revelations by some of his  angstful ‘Employees’, perhaps he will have expanded his Horizons.

The ‘USDNI’, as the recipient of much of the World’s Intelligence Data, should remember: “He Who Knows Everything, Knows Nothing”; that is why mistakes are made.

★ Middle America’s “New Madrid Fault” Remains Active

News Analysis: Missouri’s “New Madrid Fault” a 240 km (150mi) long fault named for New Madrid, Missouri (sitting along the Mississippi River) and extends into Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, and Tennessee. A Mercali Scale 8.1 Magnitude Earthquake occurred in 1811 that was felt all the way to Washington, D.C. at that time.

Presently, some Seismologists predict that this Fault will release its Constrained Energy again within the next Fifty Years. This interesting Fault System which does not lie in a Conjunction Area of Tectonic Plates (like the San Andreas Fault in California) but instead is ‘Centered’ within a Plate. Some people suggest that as a Tree Branch ‘Snaps in the Middle’ when bending  pressure is applied on both ends, so occurs the New Madrid Fault.

The San Andreas Fault sits underneath “Silicon Valley” which contains some of the Country’s Greatest Electronics Companies and Personnel (as well as the World-famous Lawrence Livermore Labs). A Seismic Event such as in 1906, occurring now, would allegedly be devastating to all.

The New Madrid Fault has scattered Technology Companies more widely dispersed though its zone. Ergo, hopefully damage will  less severe than the ‘Guaranteed’ Future Devastation awaiting “Silicon Valley”. To those individuals who have not actually experienced severe earthquakes, the Event(s) will be eye-opening to ‘participants’ as to both the Speed of Occurrence and the Strength. 

The Foolish Investors who have spent Billions of Dollars on developing “Silicon Valley” atop the San Andreas Fault can only be pitied for their Arrogance and Ignorance in doing so. Perhaps Mother Nature will educate them as to the ways of the Physical World.

When the San Andreas Earthquake releases its Energy, and it will,  the ‘Masters of the Universe’ in Washington, D.C. may realize how foolish they were also,  to tacitly encourage physical development of Very Important Technology on top of a Major Seismic Fault; “Unbelievable Stupidity” some observers say. 

As a major Aircraft Company immediately moved its Headquarters (following an Earthquake in its former City), Companies still may have time to re-locate to ‘Safer States’. For example, “Silicon Valley” Corporations could move ‘next door’ to Nevada and not be concerned about Seismic Devastation. The Tax advantages in doing so are very favorable also. Why have the State of California as your ‘Silent Partner’ taking your proceeds and giving you little, if anything?

★ California, World’s Sixth Largest Economy, Has Its Drought Emergency Worsening

News Analysis: California’s Drought, the worst in its 153 year History, brings about a dilemma for Farmers. They use  34 Million Acre Feet of Water out of an available total of 43 Million Acre Feet

(An ‘Acre Foot’ is 325,853 U.S. Gallons); Water that is diverted from groundwater, lakes, and rivers. The outlook for measurable rain throughout the State looks very grim for at least the next 90 days per U.S. Government Weather Officials.

The Plethora of Fruits and Vegetables produced in the State is legendary. The three elements of: Abundant Water, Rich Soil, and, many days of Sunshine were California’s ‘Natural Inheritance’. Now, the ‘Game’ has Changed.

Water Conservation, Politicians love to discuss, is only a ‘Bandage’ Repair to a problem. However, this approach can be enhanced by: Ceasing additional acreage for farming throughout the State; Altering the crop mix from high water consumption Fruits and Vegetables to low usage crops; Botanically modifying both Fruit Trees and Grape Vines to use less water; Removal of  Palm Trees; for they consume up to 1,000 liters (264 gallons) of water a day and do not provide shade. 

An additional observation regarding Water Conservation is the America’s Largess in recently increasing allocations of Colorado River Water to Mexico; this was obviously fashionable but short-sighted. One might think the approximately $25+/- Billion Dollars YEARLY  being repatriated to Mexico from America would allow Mexico to build many Desalinization Plants in their beautiful country with TWO Oceans.

The greater need for California is for an Increase in Fresh Water Supply. This can be accomplished by building Desalinization Plants up and down the coast of the Pacific Ocean. If the fresh water is pumped into local aquifers near each facility, then  neighboring regions could draw off the HISTORICAL ALLOCATION of their neighbor (which would be using the ‘New Desalinated Water’). Like ‘Falling Dominoes’ this step-by-step approach would eventually reach the San Joaquin Valley where most farms of the Northern Half of the State are located.

To those who loathe the idea of Desalinization Plants along the California Coast, one can only say: “Necessity Overpowers Fashion-ability”. 

To Investors, one can envision the “Lowered Supply/Steady Demand” Implications of the Drought on Agricultural and Animal Products of all kinds. Prices will increase and Wise Persons with Forethought will explore areas of the world presently growing crops America can use. Additionally, Livestock being raised overseas could be shipped to the United States. 

For the longer term, Entrepreneurs may seek land, in Non-Drought Regions where they could plant crops or Contract with existing Farmers in other geographic areas to supply Produce for America.

Climate Change is an on-going Natural  Process which provides many Opportunities for those Individuals who both can ‘Connect the Dots’ and realize: “The Glass Is Always Half-Full”.

4,000 Australian Sheep Perish On Brief Ship Voyage

News Analysis: “Heat Stress” is allegedly the Cause of Death of 4,000 Australian Sheep which were sent to the Middle East on a ship. The Summer Sun apparently radiated the ship so badly that the deaths occurred over a very short period of time. The ship apparently either had no Insulation or it might have bore “Cosmetic Insulation” of 1930’s Development. The Old Insulation Technologies, like Fiberglass (using ‘Entrapped Air” as the insulator), DO NOT WORK IN EXTREMES OF HEAT NOR COLD. They are ‘Cheap”; as is their Performance.

Drivers Should Never “Be In A Fog” When Driving Automobiles In A Fog

News Analysis: Coastal areas, throughout the World, like Abu Dhabi,  may be subject to increasing levels of fog due to Climate Change, many Weather Experts theorize. If so, it behooves ALL DRIVERS of automobiles to use extra caution and to wisely drive at speeds  less than their restricted visibility allows. The unfortunate fact is that globally, “Fog Accidents” usually consist of many vehicles being involved (not just Two).  

Beyond the requirement of driving slower in the Fog, is also the need for Extreme Attentiveness. All of one’s senses have to be focused on the immediate surroundings of the vehicle.  Automobile side windows should be opened a little so Exterior Sounds of approaching vehicles or motorcycles can be heard. Audio should be turned off (for the same reason). Interior dashboard lights should be dimmed for better outside visibility as well.  Most of all, the Driver and any passengers should remain alert so they are not “In A Fog” when driving in the Fog.
