“Law And Order In 2021”: Makes Sense, And For Businessmen, Can Make ‘Cents’

In our International Travels, we had visited many countries around the globe, ‘Pre-Coronavirus CV19’; and we now visit fewer, until the Influenza abates, as Influenzas do.

The main concern we have, as travelling International Businessmen, is not so much our health, as we have a exemplary diet regimen we all follow. No, the matter of our Personal Safety is of paramount importance. If one is accosted, aggressed, assailed, or attacked [take your pick], it can ruin ‘one’s whole day’. Business trips are NOT cheap, and are very time-consuming beforehand; preparation is worth its weight in Gold. To have a miscreant[s] engage in felonious behavior against us, is something we always are on the alert.

As we advise individuals and businesses as to budgets, projects, implementations, products, et al, we always put SAFETY up-front for they to consider. We routinely assess all the countries with whom we visit. If we think a country has leaders who do not ‘get it’, as to Citizens or Visitors’ safeties, we will do ‘an abort’ on recommending that country for commerce. Our strict criteria has been employed by all of us for decades and we have been fairly safe, with a few mishaps over the many years. As prepared as we can be, sometimes “‘Scata’ Happens” and we are trained in response procedures for our viabilities. The broken bones, burns, cuts, and scars some of us have, attest to the environments we were in. However, we are still here today; ably and enthusiastically working!

Typical of the Gallup Organization is their conciseness and objectivity in obtaining thought assessments of their interviewees. Gallup is a ‘Master’ of this industry, we think.

In Nations with tighter social controls, people feel safer. While Norway for example, a moderate-size country, has top-ranking for Safety, a gargantuan country as China, also excels. Younger Norway does not have 10,000+ years of culture behind it, as does the ‘Dragon’, but it understands “Safety Is Number One”. China’s leaders Wisdom have allowed it to endure and survive for a long time; another 10,000 years, we think, is likely [with ‘Public Safety’ as a key element].

Gallup gives a ’87’ ranking to the United States; we think that this will decline over time. The current, very weak Federal Administration, with its effete Selected President, has too many Puppet Masters telling him how to proceed for all that he does. His allowing American cities to burn this past summer, with next to no law enforcement, nor U.S. Department of Justice prosecutions of the various cities’ terrorists, says a great deal. Apparently their mantra is “‘Justice’, for Just Us”.

The United Arab Emirates at 95% can be easily comprehended by those who reside there or have visited. Security Personnel, are “On the Ball” in assuring ‘Peace and Quiet for All’. The smaller geographic size aids, we think in their mission. The capable Leaders understand the commercial significance of ‘Security’.

Austria, Croatia, Finland, Slovenia, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tajikistan are to also be congratulated. Their efficiencies in Security are well understood.

As for the various countries who received ‘less than the best scores’ we say: “Concentrate on Security if you want your country to financially prosper. No legitimate Corporation nor Investor will engage you, if ‘tyranny’ prevails against your public. Since we are of the opinion: ‘Crime Pays both to the criminal as well as government officials who allow it to occur; clean your house up if you want your country to prosper. Crime keeps occurring because some of you allow it, for your own gains. Wise Up!'”

Again, our ‘kudos’ to the Gallup Organization for a very informative report. To businessmen who want to prosper, we say: Marketing to the public [Products or Projects] is less effective when their consciousness is not on your message, but on their survival.

☆ Greek Bond Issue Is Oversubscribed

News Analysis: Greece has a glimmer of light cast on its heavy Government Debt; a scourge due to Gross Mismanagement of the Country’s Economy and Theft by its Various Leaders (Military and Political), many Financial Analysts declare.

As welcome as the new funding will be to the Greeks, they still have to remember the Bonds are still Debt (to be repaid in the future). As Greeks work to get the Government’s Financial House in order, the terrible price they have paid does not appear, as yet, to include redress to those who caused the Debacle. Which Military Leaders and Politicians who have secreted their ill-gotten gains in Switzerland and elsewhere been brought to Justice? Which of the aforementioned Thieves are now housed in Greek Prisons? Δεν ξέρω.

Egos of a Nation’s Leaders can allow for continued Personal Expropriation of Government Monies, as it has occurred in Greece. Many people are of the opinion that until any possible Gains are SIGNIFICANTLY LESS than the Pains, which the Leaders knowingly will receive, the possibility of recurrence is likely. Now, if caught, they will merely move back to America, as before.

News Analysis: Privately Italian-Owned Swiss “Mediterranean Shipping Company, S.A.”, (MSC) Is the World’s Largest Container Shipping Line (since Danish Shipping Giant Maersk has decided to adjust its Ship Inventory).

Founded in 1970, by Mr. Gianluigi Aponte,  in Geneva, Switzerland, today ‘MSC’ operates 447+ Container Ships with a capacity of 2,314,000+ Twenty-Foot Equivalent Units (Twenty Foot Long Shipping Containers).

It is interesting to note that Mr. Aponte is not discussed widely in the Mass Media; Compared to,  the vastly written about  ‘Billionaire Nabobs’ of the Electronic: Hardware Companies, Internet Relationship Sites, Software Manufacturers, or Entertainment Company “Owners”. The aforementioned Corporations are PUBLICLY HELD and ‘Minority Share Owned’ by their Founders. 

Mr. Aponte’s Accomplishments are to be greatly respected in the International Community. His Creation was not an Inheritance, nor Gift, as it is with so many ‘Others’ discussed in the Press (or the Subject of Motion Pictures).

Many International Businessmen KNOW: “Being Everywhere, While Being Nowhere” is the Apotheosis of Commerce. It grants one Privacy and the capability to “Call One’s Own Shots”; not be controlled by Oblique Investors who know little but unfortunately, think they know everything.

106 Swiss Banks Have Decided Not To Be “Banksters” (Who Assist American Tax Evaders)

News Analysis: The U.S. Government has been engaging in ‘Unraveling’ the Swiss Bank/Client Cover-Ups of Undeclared Incomes of American Citizens. One might think that the U.S. National Security Agency revelations about monitoring ALL Electronic Communications in the World would give the Tax Evaders reason to ‘Come Clean”; perhaps their arrogance gets the better of them.

The reporting of Swiss Bank Employees taking Clients’ Bank Account Information from their Employers and turning them over to Countries’ Tax Authorities would impact on the psyches of the Tax Evaders, also.

Now, approaches the time to “Pay The Piper” by Swiss Banks who will be punished by U.S. Tax Authorities for the Willful Deceit they benefited from, for decades, in many cases.

Wanting to be “Bankers” rather than “Banksters”, these Administrators of Money Entrepots will have to “Cease and Desist” their Collusion and Identify the naïve Tax Evaders.

The Ill-Gotten Gains of the Banksters will hopefully not equal the Punishment Costs and Loss of Good Reputations they will receive by these American Penal Actions.

“‘Anything For A Buck’ (AFAB) is just not worth it” Wise Men would say; but some Banksters may disagree (until after they are caught and punished).

Some Swiss Bankers are Not Leaving Switzerland

News Analysis:  The ancient adage: “As Ye Sow, So Ye Shall Reap” is especially applicable to those who, under the cover of ‘Bank Legitimacy’, engage in large scale tax evasion on behalf of their foreign customers. The electronic capacity of governments to watch the flow of funds from one country to another by scheming individuals, through their bankers, should have them re-think their actions. Can embarrassment, fines, and possible long-term  prison confinement, for conspiratorial bankers, ever be worth some financial gain?
