News Analysis: America’s current on-going omnipresent ‘Metadata’ Electronic Intelligence gathering of the ENTIRE WORLD has a unique logic. It is tantamount to: Inspect an entire beach to look for a few particular grains of sand? Diminishing returns, one may argue, increase as the quantity and quality of each added telephone number, fax number. etc. are put into “The World Pot”.

Beyond the obvious problem of both violating the privacy of everyone in the world who use electronic communications, as well as all Americans who do so, is the question of a future methodology to retard such invasiveness. A Frankenstein Monster, created by the “Good Doctor”, is Omnipotent in America’s current World Electronic Intelligence Gathering Scenario. American Government Agencies have NO compelling reason to curtail what they have been engaged in for many years. Who is to stop the surveillance? Politicians? Since the “Third Leg” of the U.S. Government, the Judiciary has, to date, shown no will to excise the collections, they will continue.

It appears that the only way to engage in “Anti-Invasive Communications” (AIC) is to create totally separate systems, uncontaminated by electronic guile and obfuscation of American Electronic Component Fabricators (AECFs) and Software Creators (SCs). The bulk of the AECFs and SCs have no  credibility about NOT ‘double-dealing’  “loaded” decks of cards of the U.S. Intelligence Agencies, their handlers. The AECFs and SCs are of the exact same ilk as the popular “Inter-Personal Web Sites (the Intelligence Agencies other lap-dogs).  To date, regarding AIC, Brazil’s President, Ms. Dilma Rousseff, wants a Fiber Optic Communications line built to Portugal to thwart espionage agents. She is obviously a Country Leader who actually leads.

The basic problem with Meta-Data Collection is that it essentially makes Everyone in the World Presumptive of Guilt. “Good Gals and Guys” (of which there are billions) are tossed into the ‘Hay Pile’ with the few Miscreants. Only after they have been investigated by the Agencies, are the “Innocent” presumed to be “Innocent” UP TO THAT POINT IN TIME. According to the Agencies: “Tomorrow is another day” (follow-on examination may be requisite).

The Sanctity of other Nations is Grossly Violated though Metadata Transgressions of their Sovereignty. Who gives the “World’s Policeman” the right to Electronically Invade the Territory of other Nations, “The Almighty”? Via an electronically intercepted telephone call by HIM to the U.S. “White House”?

As mobsters do not want disclosure of their nefarious schemes, so too are both American Intelligence Agencies and Politicians loathe to disclose; hence, they are angry at Mr. Snowden. Contrarily, some people suggest that the man should be awarded an “Nobel Peace Prize”. Perhaps, various employees at the U.S. National Security Agency, who respect the U.S. Constitution, would agree?

International Businessmen need to know, for one group, that their communications are private. They do NOT need to have confidential communications shared, by American Intelligence Agencies, with competing American Corporations (or anyone else). It is completely disingenuous for the Agencies to publicly declare that they would not act as “Pipes to their Buddies”; after all, this is America, the ‘Bastion of Capitalism’. It is the originating country of A.F.A.B. (Anything For A Buck).

If one observes the practices of other Nations who have oil, they might see some attempting to Diversify Out of Oil Sales for Country Revenue Gains (and Oil Reserves Retention). In America, where “Anything For A Buck” (AFAB) Mentality permeates some of its Leaders, Shale Oil is sought to be Exported rather than Retained for Future Use. “If Oil is Valuable to a Country now, it will be more Valuable and Pricier in the future when it is in Short Supply”,  Businessmen might think.

Perhaps haughty Washington, D.C. Leaders think that Hegemonic America can merely “Take” whatever Oil it needs, in the future, from other lesser-defended Countries. They may be forgetting about the Debacle (to Gain Iraq Oil, the Mass Media declared) they created for the Iraqi People by a Miserably Planned and  executed attack on the Country. To eliminate the Iraqi Leader and his two Sons (THREE PEOPLE), they Physically Destroyed Iraq (at the cost of thousands of killed and injured Americans and Iraqis). America, in this case, ended up with next to no Oil attained, but other Nations are buying Oil from Iraq now.

Other Nations understand the benefit of utilizing the “Energy Principle” of ‘Other People’s Oil’ (OPO) while they keep their for future use. ‘OPO’ for Countries, realistically makes sense and will ‘make cents’ in coming years.

News Analysis: Of formerly Vaunted General Motors: ‘Is A “Anything For A Buck” (AFAB) Mentality To Continue?’ asked Government Officials in Washington, D.C. A $..57 Cent Component in a Switch Assembly malfunctioned numerous times resulting in many deaths in General Motors Vehicles.

Several years ago General Motors was at the “Public Trough” in Washington, D.C. seeking “Bail Out” Money from the American Government. Since it was deemed “Too Big To Fail”, it was given the money. What was apparently NOT DISCLOSED at the time was that the Spring Malfunction had, for several years prior, already caused the unfortunate deaths of Americans.

The solution was to replace the $.57 Cent Spring! This was something that was anguished about (the cost of the Spring replacement) by General Motors Engineers and Management for Years, it has been said)!  The ‘AFAB’ Mentality was alive and well at General Motors.

One of the obvious flaws of the existing “Stock Market System” is the Investors want higher earnings by Corporations in each Calendar Quarter. ANYTHING which might affect that Mantra is to be Opposed by Management; in this case it was a $.57 Cent part (AFAB at work)!

Whether or not both the “AFAB’ Mentality of Automobile Companies (and Others) really changes is problematic. What many people WILL bet on that in cases such as these tragedies, the purported current ‘Outrage’ of Washington, D.C. Politicians will subside and the “Shuck and Jive is Alive” reality will once again present itself in the City; Politicians being Politicians.

One must acknowledge that Bernie had made many people Wealthy (by his own admission); due to his Financial Acumen. Those that had gained from him are NOT discussed nor identified by the Mass Media for ‘Reasons Unknown’. Perhaps, Harry M. Markopolos, who discovered Bernie’s fraud Early On (and was totally ignored and later ‘oppressed’ by the Securities Exchange Commission for reporting the “Shenanigans” of  its “Buddy Bernie”) can suggest an answer about the Mass Media and Bernie?

As we have maintained for a long, long while “The Morality of the Marketplace is Very Low”; Bernie Madoff evidences this thought very well.

It will be interesting to see if Bernie Madoff is granted a Presidential Pardon before the Current U.S. White House Resident leaves office. Using the Legal Principle of “Stare Decisis” as his possible foundation for such a pardon (based on earlier U.S. President Bill Clinton’s Executive Pardon of Felon Marc Rich) might allow for such a move in the Current President’s thinking? If so, Bernie Madoff can rejoin his yet undiscovered Ill-Gotten Gains. He can possibly reward his ‘Friends’ (as other continue to do as rewards for past favorable actions while having been  in Office).

News Analysis: The U.S. Government has been engaging in ‘Unraveling’ the Swiss Bank/Client Cover-Ups of Undeclared Incomes of American Citizens. One might think that the U.S. National Security Agency revelations about monitoring ALL Electronic Communications in the World would give the Tax Evaders reason to ‘Come Clean”; perhaps their arrogance gets the better of them.

The reporting of Swiss Bank Employees taking Clients’ Bank Account Information from their Employers and turning them over to Countries’ Tax Authorities would impact on the psyches of the Tax Evaders, also.

Now, approaches the time to “Pay The Piper” by Swiss Banks who will be punished by U.S. Tax Authorities for the Willful Deceit they benefited from, for decades, in many cases.

News Analysis:  The Effects are the Same, if either through Intent or Negligence, of Some  ‘CT&C’ Manufacturers:  U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) Electronic “Bugs” are Pervasive in such Equipment. Users of the ‘Gear’ can now be Assured that a ‘Phantom Audience’ of the ‘NSA’ are monitoring their communications (24/7/365). Naturally, ‘Denial’ by the alleged Manufacturers is the Public Plea. The veracity of their commentaries are suspect, IT Experts suggest. Data which appears to originate from the ‘NSA’ itself makes “short shrift” of their Claims of Innocence. Perhaps because some of the ‘CT&C’ Companies have been “Bought and Paid For” by the ‘NSA’ one can understand these Manufacturers chagrin about public exposure. They must realize they have even Less Integrity than “Street Walkers”; for those Ladies are more Overt about their Monetary Intentions. The colluding ‘CT&C’ Companies have Managers and Owners (M&O) who profess their ‘Honesty to the Heavens’ yet accept Monies for their Collusion. “Anything For A Buck” (AFAB) is their ‘Calling Card’. They do not ‘Surrender’ to the ‘NSA’ for free. Presumably, the ‘NSA’ does NOT put guns to their heads to acquire assent for ‘Bug” installations. 

Some Software Companies are also “Waist Deep” in this ‘Public Intelligence Cabal’. They too profess their Innocence (for many of the same reasons as above).

Perhaps the Public should ask Hardware, Software, and ‘Personal Communication’ Sites: “How much of your ‘Startup Capital’ came from the various Intelligence Agencies PRIOR TO your Initial Public Offerings?” Rather than believe the ‘Fairy Tales’ about ‘Bedroom’ or ‘Dormitory’ Manufacturing Sites they love to ‘Humbly Reveal”, ‘NSA’ or other ‘Black Bucks’ may have been attained early on. The odds of their admitting such behavior is negligible. 

The “Bottom Line” Has Been, Is, and Will Be, that ALL ‘CT&C’ Equipment made by those Manufacturers  “Who Have been ‘Sleeping’ With The Various Intelligence Agencies” gives YOU a “Phantom Audience” in ALL your ‘Private Communications’.

Entrepreneurs, Investors, Manufacturers, and other Professionals should seek out Internationally Experienced Parties who understand Methods of Retaining Commercial Privacy.

News Analysis: Corruption Is Where One Finds It, Just Look (as Transparency International has for 2013). Since in almost all countries the “AFAB” Acronym (Anything For A Buck) is the Operational Guide for some of their residents, Corruption is rampant. The Mores and Folkways of the Country’s Culture are of little importance compared to the Precepts of “AFAB”. “Beg, Borrow, Cheat, and Steal” become their Operational Guide.

Businessmen in Cabals with Bankers illicitly Connive (Bernie Madoff Convolution); Bankers do the same  with Bankers (LIBOR Scandal); Government Workers collaborate with Defense Contractors (Fighter Aircraft Program); Federal Government Leaders do it with other Countries Heads-of-State (Iraq War).  

The important thing to realize is that Corruption takes at least Two Parties: A Donor and A Recipient. Corruption grows in relation to the Sizes of the Economies in which it exists. For example, one can be of the opinion that the Largest Transaction Currency Amounts will take place where the biggest “Deals” are available. To wit, a $1.26 Trillion+/- Deal with Banks was Signed Off by the U.S. Government within approximately 30 days of a New Regime commencing! Many people think that the paperwork for a “Deal” that Large  would obviously  HAD TO HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BEFORE THE ELECTION OCCURRED. Conveniently there were NO Requirements that the monies be lent to businesses for the hiring of workers. The banks lent the majority of the money back to the U.S. Government and collected the interest! Bankers Collaborating with Government leaders before the Election is thought by many. Corruption? A completely “Legal” transaction (those involved would say). Much of the monies lent are noncollectable (unfortunately for  U.S. Taxpayers).

A very Valuable Anti-Corruption Tool was implemented recently by Russian President Vladimir Putin. In it, Government Employees had to declare ANY Assets they held abroad and cease and desist from keeping them (if they wanted to retain their employment in the Government). This is an Excellent Idea which is needed in America and other “Big Ticket” Countries.

Keep in mind that a Corruption PERCEPTION Index is just that. Connotation is NOT the same as Denotation; they exist one way or the other regarding “Corruption”, in the eyes of the beholders.
