☆ U.S. White House Disregards Americans’ Right To Privacy

News Analysis: The Economically “Wealthiest Country In The World”, America, is the World’s “Poorest Country” as to Electronic Privacy Rights.

America, was, is, and apparently will remain, the Least Effective Country in Guarding the Rights of Its Citizens To Electronic Privacy. The United States Constitution, Fourth Amendment, states:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The U.S. National Security Agency (NSA), as directed by the “White House”, apparently does not agree with, nor behave according to this Amendment’s Simple Mandate. As a result, Factual Evidence from the ‘NSA’ divulges that Americans who are supposed to be “Privacy Protected” by the Fourth Amendment, ARE NOT. Furthermore, Every Person in the World, who uses Cellular Telephones and/or Computers, have their Communications intercepted by the ‘NSA’; as well by ‘Friendly Intelligence Services’ who are acting as Minions of the ‘NSA’.  

Pandemic Paranoia in Washington, D.C., commenced largely after New York City’s Trade Center Debacle, and has expanded into Seeing “Terrorists Behind Every Bush” In Every Country Of The World. This Delusional Behavior, of course, comes at an Estimated Price of approximately $85 Billion Dollars spent a year in America by its Government. It is Prime Business for Defense Contractors who are having their budgets cut in other areas of Systems and Weaponry; they are not complaining.

Unfortunately, it has been widely reported that “NO TERRORIST ATTACKS HAVE BEEN THWARTED BY THIS SURVEILLANCE OF EVERYONE ON EARTH” per an alleged White House Security Committee Representative.

In America, in particular, “Everything has a Cost and a Possible Benefit’. Perhaps  other World Leaders may wake up an say “Enough of this Spying on all of Humanity” and Stop Purchasing American Goods and Services”.  The White House will see that the cost of this Psychological Pandemic is outweighing any possible Benefit of “Catching Terrorists”.

Actual Terrorists might be laughing since they have achieved something seldom achieved on a Destructive Scale so large: A “Sleepless” Washington, D.C. which is spending $85 Billion Dollars a Year and achieving next to NOTHING.

The ONLY FINANCIAL WINNERS from this charade are the Defense Contractors and the Hundreds of Thousands of Career Employees in the “Intelligence” Business World-Wide. It is an Excellent “Make Work” Program.

The multifarious aspects of the ‘Hardware’ needed make the project Very Difficult to achieve. Theoretically, even ‘Neutrinos’ could have an effect on Computations. In fact, Each Major Element of such a System, could negatively affect other elements of the overall System! The shielded Sub-Systems should have to be shielded from each an every other Sub-System; an arduous task some people say.

News Analysis: Bolivian President Juan Evo Morales Ayma must be very proud to have witnessed the Communications Satellite Advance for his country of 10.4 Million people. The satellite can easily cover Bolivia’s Territory of  1,098,581 km2 (424,163 mi2).

The Satellite was built by a Chinese Aerospace Company and launched in China. It has an effective life expectancy of 15 years.

A little history preceding this Bolivian Satellite Activity for readers may be useful:

President Morales joined the Leaders of South American Nations in decrying the U.S. National Security Agency’s (NSA) ‘Wholesale’ Electronic Espionage of the Entire World’ in general. More specifically, the ‘NSA’ espionage on the ‘Personal Communications’ of South American Leaders was abhorred. It was allegedly thought by Bolivia’s President to be an Abomination to Good International Relations.

These South American Leaders and the World’s Population asks: Who gave the United States the Legal Right to Spy on the entire Planet; God? If the Gentleman who revealed this travesty to Privacy had not, the ‘NSA’ machinations would never see ‘the light of day’. The fact is  that 400,000+ Americans working on such programs have been “De-sensitized” to what is Legal and/or Moral on a WORLD SCALE. Much as the atrocities in World War II were committed by De-sensitized Individuals also, these Americans, some would say, were of similar ilk to those of the past.   

Having the Capability to Spy on the World’s Population does not mean one has to do so (just as having Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles handy means one should launch them – “Just Because We Can”). “The Mass Mental Pathology displayed by the Uncaring ‘Intelligence’ Minions of Washington, D.C. is very obvious”, Health Professionals may think.

Newspaper reports suggest that many Nations are urging their Citizens to acquire Non-American Made Computers, Telecommunications Equipment, and Componentry. This, as a result of the Ignorant Decisions made in Washington, D.C. One can opine the Bolivia Satellite Program is, in part due to such American Government behavior being rejected by the Country. Other Nations will probably follow Bolivia’s Lead and acquire satellites from Non-American Sources. Brazil just purchased $4 BILLION DOLLARS of Swedish Vigen Fighter Aircraft, rather than American F-18’s, due to this ‘NSA’ Transgression, news reports say.

“Reverse Dollar Diplomacy”(Ceasing the Purchase of American Goods and Services), when in the amounts of Billions of Dollars of Sales lost, might gain the attention of those in the U.S. Capitol. There apparently those in Washington, D.C., who do not yet Understand nor Care of the fact that: “The Entire Population of the World wants its Privacy to be held Private”. One might think: ‘Perhaps if the Gross Domestic Product Statistics of the U.S.  clearly evidence Negative Economic Effects of World Population Disgust with ‘NSA’ Practices, some things may change towards actual Privacy’.

To believe ANY American Politicians that the World’s Privacy Obliteration by the ‘NSA’ has Stopped or will be Stopped is UNWISE. The ‘NSA’ and its cohorts have too much Financial and Careers interest to Cease and Desist.

Investors should consider “Shorting” the stocks of American IT Companies involved with the NSA. Accrued business losses, forecasted to occur, will send their stocks on a downward spiral. Going ‘Long” on Non-American IT Companies is a wise play. There will be much Nation-to-Nation commerce that DOES NOT say “Made in the U.S.A.”.

One can only assume that, much like the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) at U.S. Airports, National Security Agency ‘NSA’ and its “Concubine of Alphabet Agencies” are merely Employers of People who have little requirement to produce anything. They are Citizens who are NOT in Unemployment Lines because the U.S. Government has hired them. Where are the ‘Hundreds of thousands of  America’s Enemies’ anyway? If ‘NSA’ and ‘TSA’ have not located and had them arrested, are they hiding?

One might ask: Who has the ‘Oval Office’ (over the past six years) fired for Ineptitude in the ‘Intelligence’ Community regarding ANY ELEMENT of American Security in the “War on Terrorism”? Why do the Dollars get Squandered with little to show?

The Hundreds of Thousands of the aforementioned Federal Workers must realize they are doing little if anything; but they do have a job, for now.

A Pendulum swings both ways. The U.S. Administration’s Inexorable Push towards Federalism the past few years has cost its Citizens Trillions of Dollars in Debt and has produced mediocre results. A speech using a “Teleprompter” might sound assuring but the bottom line is: To Be Successful, The Output has to Meet or Exceed The Input”. This has NOT happened in relation to “Stopping Terrorist Attacks”. 

Wise Investors know that “One has to Pay The Piper”; that, ‘There is ‘No Free Lunch’.  How does one prepare for the impending Pendulum Swing the other direction and Profit therefrom? The many “Dots” are already in place, one merely has to connect them for Financial Success.  

Monies spent for “Pseudo Results” by the ‘TSA’, ‘NSA’ or other Alphabet Agencies may be used on America’s Infrastructure for example. This change of directions would assist loyal, hard-working Americans and improve living conditions for all. If this is the direction that will take place, Entrepreneurs can invest in starting companies, or technologies that will be useful therein. Older experienced Civil Engineering Companies would be an excellent “Play” for Investors. Suppliers of: Steel for construction; Concrete for highways and structures; Piping for waterways; etc., are all to be considered by the ‘thoughtful’.

Americans are a Wonderful People living in a beautiful Country that much of the World envies.  Citizens and Residents  should contribute in any way possible towards an even higher level of Prosperous Living.

The ramifications of her decision will have many potential effects many places. We will look at who can win financially  and who can lose due to the revealed Intelligence Stupidity and its aftermath.

Boeing Aircraft’s loss of a $4 Billion Dollar Sale to Brazil may bode poorly for it as well as other American Manufacturers who, some say, “Aligned themselves with the Devil” . The very Lame  excuses for the Spying Transgressions against ‘Friendly Countries’ are as poor as the Offerors’ empathies as allegedly expressed. Perhaps the self-fulfilling Ego/Mental Onanisms of the Characters in Washington, D.C. contribute to the moral blight?

The ‘NSA’ expressed no Contrition as one in the ‘Real World’ would expect. Its Mandate is to collect Electronic Intelligence (which it performs brilliantly). The problem it has becomes one of Intellectual Failure of Operational  Judgement as to Who, Where, and When are “Off-Limits”.

The U.S. Congress, primarily consisting of Attorneys,  apparently “Blew It” by not Inculcating OPERATIONALLY SUFFICIENT “Stoppages” If and When the NSA overstepped its Mandate. The White House was just as Culpable in not having the Wisdom to see the ‘Mine Field’ it was stepping in. Added to the Amateurish Blunders were its Denials of Knowledge of the NSA Surveillance against ‘Friendlies’. The final “Straw that Broke the Camel’s Back” was the revelation that 7.14 Billion People on Earth were being Electronically Monitored by the NSA.

For Every Tit, There Is A Tat. Now, the Economic Losses to be Experienced in America caused by other Nations and Businesses will hurt the Country when it can be least afforded. Just the example about the Boeing ‘debacle’ (at $4 Billion Dollars) should concern the White House.

Estimates of $35 Billion Dollars in lost Sales by the U.S. Electronics Industry is being reported in the Media. This is because others KNOW that the Electronic Components and Computers built in America have been “Bugged” by their Manufacturers for the benefit of the NSA. 

International Leaders allegedly think that losses to the American Economy of $100 Billion + Dollars a Year ‘might’ get Washington D.C. to realize what their “Stupidity Extraordinaire” has cost the country. As for the ‘NSA’ itself, until its Leaders have ‘Walked the Plank’ their lack of Pain will induce NO gain. The Leaders’ lack of Empathy is very revealing (but not surprising). The financial losses to the country mean little to them. For most, their Entire Careers have been at U.S. Government’s Expense; They have been dining at the “Public Trough” for years.

People in Washington, D.C. are Irate at the ‘Messenger’ who revealed their “Thefts of Privacy World-Wide”. If they could, He would be Executed. Unfortunately,  they are too ‘Neurotic’ to understand the Sociopathic Behavior of which they have been Engaging for Years;  “Catching A Few Terrorists by Spying on the World’s Population”.

Investors can make money by “Short Selling” the Stocks of American Corporations involved with the NSA in any capacity. As these Corporations lose Sales, their prices will fall. Corporations NOT in America should see increases in Sales as a result; go ‘Long’ on them.

If they did anyway, the Drones could De-Activate them.

The Key to Successful Warfare is Correct Anticipation of an Enemy’s Behavior and then Neutralizing his Physical Engagement Capabilities. The United States obviously has the Information Flow from Around the World. All it has to do is correctly assess one’s Intentions and Abilities;  then act accordingly.

The existing Inventory of B-52s, B1Bs, and B2 Bombers are more than sufficient if used in Conjunction with the Present “Early Warning System” provided by  U.S. Intelligence Systems; which are Second To None,  people say.

Since Air Force Planners are always historically  asking for Preposterously Expensive Weapon Systems, Who REALLY BENEFITS from the Public Expenditure: Defense Contractors (who employ former Air Force Generals), many people think. Those in Washington, D.C. are very proud of the Performance of their “WORLD SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM”(WSS), at an alleged cost of $100 Billion Dollars +/- a Year.

It is interesting to note that the Air Force does not publicly Extol the Virtues of this ‘WSS”; perhaps since it Defuses its argument for the ‘ACTUAL NEED’ for New Bombers.
