The Cuban Government is to be commended for “Seeing the Handwriting on the Wall” and adapting accordingly; albeit at a slower pace than many would prefer. One can understand those Scars which the hostile past created by Foreign Governments against the Castro Family, in particular, have created.

Espionage, is perhaps the “World’s Second Oldest Profession”, so ‘Knowing what the Other Guy is Doing’ is of Importance and is ‘Here to Stay’: Reality.

The OVER-REACHING ELEMENT in the present tete-a-tete is that ‘Haranguing’ to the World about purported Chinese Electronic Intelligence gathering is what the “Griper” (America)  has been doing FOR YEARS; this to the ENTIRE WORLD (Including ‘Allies’).

The IGNORANCE of American Intelligence Agencies is that apparently they egotistically thought their efforts would not “See the Light of Day” by the World’s People; they were WRONG, many say.

Now, who with any sense would Trust AMERICAN:  Government, Computer and Electronics Suppliers, Internet Relationship Sites, Manufacturers of Business Aircraft, Shipyards, Yacht Yards, (or ANY OTHER Communications/Transportation/Weapon Systems), and Software Creators. ALL OF THE AFOREMENTIONED CAN BE COMPROMISED FOR INTELLIGENCE DATA (and probably is by the ‘NSA’).

The “Holier Than Thou” Proclamations coming from Washington, D.C. has exacerbated the current developing crisis regarding “Loss of Trust” of American Product Producers (who build ‘that which can be compromised’).

The Present Very Low Credibility of the White House, Domestically and Internationally, further denigrates any possible positive results for a turn-around. Its Lies regarding what was REPETITIVELY TOLD to Americans “You can keep your present Health Insurance” was like the “Titanic’s Iceberg”; it sank this ship.

Loyal Americans, of which there are Hundreds of Millions, do not like being “Sheared Like Sheep By a Wolf”; The Rest of the World’s Population resents the Shearing even more.

Trust must be Earned; it is more Precious than Gold.

Traffic tickets, Traffic Accidents, and other Miscellaneous Events of Civilians are now maintained by the U.S. Navy. Allegedly one half Billion Records are in its database.

Much like the U.S. National Security Agency which collects Electronic Intelligence on the people of the World (Invading their Right to Privacy), because it is Omnipotent, so are these other Military Entities. Who is to stop them: Spineless Politicians? The Naïve Public?

This Usurping of the U.S. Constitution by the White House, Intelligence Agencies, and Washington D.C. Minions has occurred with an Ignorant Public. Its Naivety about the Events Preceding “Tuesday, 11 September, 2001” and Cover-ups thereafter are slowing being exposed. The use of that Tragedy as the “Seed for Constitutional Usurpation” has been carried out in “Looking For Terrorists Behind Every Bush In The World”.

As “Actual” Terrorists laugh at America’s huge Yearly Expenditures on Intelligence, they realize It is Economically “Bleeding to Death” from its Self-Inflicted Spending Wounds; Economic Wounds of a severity they have never been able to duplicate by physical attack.

The “Winners” from all of the “Terrorist Hyperbole” are U.S. Contractors who provide the Electronics Equipment/Software, Facilities, Etc. as well as the thousands of Employees who work in the Agencies (Looking For Terrorists Behind Every Bush In The World).

The ‘NSA’ does not now nor has it before, needed to act as a “Petty Crook”; it is an Organized Global Information Funnel.

That the ‘NSA’ does what it does should not be surprising to the “Aware”; the ‘NSA’ has the Drive, Funding, and Intellect to do as it chooses; one may not like it but a person of Wisdom will Respect It.

Since the IT Companies “Lie” to the American Public about their ‘NSA’ involvement they are as credible as one stating “You can keep your existing Health Insurance Policies” to the same Public; obviously they are of Minuscule Value.

What apparently is hurting these ‘Anything For A Buck” Personages in IT (but they are loathe to admit), is that they are losing money by each Revelation about the ‘NSA’. Not purchasing American Designed and Manufactured Electronic Components and Systems will further enhance their misery.

These ‘Worms’ trying to lie their ways out of the ‘Oven’ are of little surprise; their “God” is MONEY. They Worship it in choosing Partners, Employees, Close Relationships, and especially Business Deals. They really are mere “Dollar Hookers” acting as “Luxury Call Girls”; they wear the wrong Cosmetics to fool anyone.

In 2013, 6.239 Billion Manat ($4,866,420,000.00) of  Azerbaijan’s Budget was spent for Culture, Education, Health, Science, and Sport.

President Aliyev and Prime Minister Rasizade are to be commended for balancing the needs of the Azerbaijani People with other State Needs such as Defense of the Country. In that regard, they had allocated 3 Billion Manat ($2,340,000,000.00) in 2013; a wise decision. Historically, Some people who envy the success of others think they can take their assets by force (presuming the holder of such wealth is perceived as weak).

It Imported 6.7+% of its Expenditures (primarily Petroleum) from Saudi Arabia.

Now that India has signed a Strategic Agreement with Saudi Arabia, both Countries can accelerate the development of a Very Productive Trade Relationship; one that is very much to their Mutual Benefit.
