Germany: As Some Of Its Top Leaders Never Saw ‘CV-19’ Approaching, Upon Arrival, Many Citizens Ignore It

It is an interesting paradox, for many of us in International Business, to see situations, where clear and precise ‘Rules of Engagement’ are not active throughout a country [where noted for its intelligent citizens]; these ‘Rules’ [now effete in Germany] are as to CV-19. It appears that rather than have a ‘Nation-Wide” direction for citizens to follow, each State has its own rules to obey. We are impressed by the concept: “Sword of Consistency”; that is, Leaders not only issue their mandates, but also enforce them vigorously. “No Bite, No Fright” prevails where rigorous abidement of rules is absent. In Germany, as in other countries, many people are perishing from CV-19. It is not the time to engage in social clustering, as a mandate of ‘fashionability’ with others.

The one common thread we see in the on-going CV-19 ‘episodes’ in Germany, is a continuance of ‘weak leadership’ at both the Federal as well as State levels. In the first instance, many of the Federal leaders did not see CV-19 ‘beyond the horizon’; nor did they know when it had arrived. This we attribute to a massive failure of ‘proper intelligence’ by those who should know; by those who MUST communicate. Upon, being cognizant of CV-19’s visitation, leaders did little to attack it, apparently. The dispersion of the virus was not understood, and the fact that Germany would have many citizens and non-citizens, that were asymptomatic, confused the leadership. Since the top leader of the country was a noted Chemist, such lack of understanding possible parameters of this virus is unusual. Even more so to us, is the fact, it appears this same person did not IMMEDIATELY call upon the country’s best Bio-Chemists for their ‘counter-attack’ recommendations; appalling. “Good Leadership is, as Good Leadership does: Decisive and Timely.”

The recent ‘Canal Event’, we think, had one beneficiary: CV-19. This ‘weak’ “Single Strand, RNA” needs all the help it can get, for transmissivity. If the ‘rafters’ in the canal were desirous to become “Sheep for the Wolves”, they were. If they desired to become “Agents of the Wolves” rest assured, it most likely happened. While they may have acheived financial or social redress to their grievances, [as the rationale for the event] they also attained sociopathic plaudits, from ‘those’ they helped logarithmically: the Wolves of CV-19.

Reality: Good social intentions, performed hazardly and untimely, can endanger all; this, when the Wolves are knocking on the door (or are already in the house).

European Union: A Bloc With Some Weak Leaders, Failed Their Citizens

The European Council of Foreign Relations conducted a 11,000 citizens’ poll in France, Germany, Poland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Bulgaria, Sweden, and Denmark. This was to ascertain their views of their countries’ ‘leaders’ performances as to CV-19; Their effete ‘leaders’ failed.

Beyond the mere typical ‘Bureaucratic Inefficiencies’ inherent in ‘Bloc Management’ designs, one may offer: “Weak ‘leaders’ perform weakly”. In one particular instance, a country ‘leader’ who is a ‘Chemist’ by education and career, performed miserably per the citizens of that country. Imagine, a “Chemist” not being able to fathom the potential severity of a virus! The country has some of the finest Bio-Chemical facilities in the world; The ‘leader’ could question personnel IMMEDIATELY for help. Acting ‘with strength’ would have been nice.

Some of the other countries ‘leaders’, being ‘Attorneys’ by education and career, are hardly guilty of not understanding the nuances of a: “Single-strand, RNA Virus” as is CV-19. The nuances of this virus may be beyond their intellectual grasp.

What ALL of the ‘leaders’ had in common was the governmental capacity to forthwith attack the on-coming problem with: funding, equipment, facilities, medical expertise, and will power; they all failed their citizens miserably [per the E.C.F.R. Poll].

As we have said many times: The number of ‘Strong World Leaders’ can be counted with the fingers on one’s hands; There are “World Leaders”, and there are Nations’ ‘leaders’, of which there are many.

Many people have perished to CV-19. People polled may think they chose the wrong individuals to direct their countries in this virus fight. Perhaps, in many cases, Attorneys who ‘morphed’ into ‘Politicians’, who ‘morphed’ into ‘leaders’ were the wrong choices of the citizenry. However, those citizens who have ‘passed’, do NOT get a chance of another vote; this for replacements of their weak ‘leaders’.

Reality: When selecting your country’s ‘leaders’, think twice before voting for those with ‘politicized’ “sizzle”. You may be making a fatal mistake.

Pre- ‘Initial Public Offering’ funding by the Government Intelligence Agencies got the “IR” Companies started, people say; later came Private Investors. As such, the “IR” Companies cannot break free of their ‘Handlers’. Like Prostitutes, they are ‘Owned’ by their Pimps. There ARE NO LONG TERM SECRETS (to the dismay of ‘IR’ Companies who were assured of Non-Revelation).

If European Leaders think about the possible Scale Of Economic Loss Possible through Electronic Espionage, the damage MAY FAR EXCEED any future investment in a European Internet.

Not purchasing ANY American Electronics for this Internet Project should be “Written In Granite” by all Nations participating; the American Electronics Manufacturers have already demonstrated they Cannot Be Trusted as ‘IR’ Companies also Cannot Be Trusted.

It is alleged that America had a ‘free rein’ in its Intelligence Activities on German Soil for decades. Now that Chancellor Angela Merkel and others have had their privacies invaded by the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) (as has been the case with approximately 300 Million Americans) the Germans are aware of the Disrespect Shown.

Intransigence by America’s White House regarding World Electronic Espionage (EE), demonstrates a disdain for other Nations, their Leaders, and for their Cultures. It is tantamount to a Bully yelling: “So, What Are You Going To Do About It?” If the other Nations Capitulate to the ‘EE’ then they have nothing of which to complain; they are Effete.  Contrary to this, if Nations Cease Buying American Electronic Goods and other products, the ‘Encroachers’ may alert their Buddies in the U.S., White House as to their Economic Losses; that would hurt.

One can understand that treating “All Other Nations of the World as Suspect” is what America is doing. Perhaps, All Other Nations of the World doing the Exact Same Thing would show this “Aggressor” ‘the Door’. 

Germany certainly needs to learn what an “Actual Friend” is all about.

People want “Value” for “Monies Spent”. To pay a Lesser price for an ‘Important Item’ that has NO longevity is Foolish. The Germans have gained a Reputation for Fine Quality  which directly affects their World-Wide Exports. This reality also has a bearing on Germany’s Imports since its Citizens have more money to spend on their ‘Wants’. This Trade Balance is very important for the entire European Union (as well as the World).

Germany’s “Chemist” Chancellor is Very Rational (as the Doctor’s Education would require); so being,  she can logically lead her Citizens to even greater Prosperity from Manufacturing and Export. Great Intellect (possessed by a Scintilla of today’s World Leaders, but existing in Germany) will allow for continued Financial Growth in the country. The Chancellor can surely comprehend ANY German Technologies being developed and can promote their Implementation politically.

Many World Leaders apparently are quite Addled by Technology. Unfortunately, their poor decisions in this regard are quite evident. As some people say: “Shuck and Jive is Alive” therein.
