Presently, American Main Stream Media [MSM], is excoriating other countries for the treatment of legal citizens and occupants therein. The fact that Washington, D.C. politicians ‘pour gasoline on the embers’ make we, in International Business, wonder: “Are these mere commercial tactics to gain some economic advantages, rather than ‘pursuing moral ‘high grounds’? Are they ‘conditions precedent’ for possible military excursions [Blow the bugle and rile the troops]?” All too often, especially where hegemonic interests lie, with some politicians, their pontifications against other nations are mere shams, to the knowing. Time and again, over the decades we have seen “Pots calling kettles ‘Black’ [PCKB]”. After a while, the tactic becomes tedious.

One example of PCKB, of near-time duration was America’s absolutely ‘contrived’ rationale against the sovereign peoples of Iraq by the U.S. President and his lackeys. “Weapons Of Mass Destruction” were in Iraq and would be used against the U.S., was the fallacy given to the public by MSM and the administration in Washington. Unfortunately, this grievous LIE, caused the deaths of as many as 1,200,000 Iraqis, 4,200+ American Soldiers, and thousands of injured. Could this horrible tragedy be deemed: “Genocide by America against Iraqis”? Where is the world clamor about such behavior, based on a lie?

Before ‘America’ was a mere grammatical construct, the Indians living in the area of what is now the ‘United States’, resided in their territory of 2,379,964,800 acres [963,137,583 hectares]. Upon the arrival of Europeans, the areas taken by force, guile, and or negotiation reduced in size to a tribal 130,000,000 acres [52,609,133 hectares]. In 1758, the first Indian Reservation was established in New Jersey. In 1933, a further reduction brought the area down to 49,000,000 acres [19,829,596 hectares]. Congress, finally seeing, ‘thievery’ which had been occurring against the Indians, started a re-acquisition program. Today, approximately 56,200,000 acres [[22,743,333 hectares] “belong” to the Indians.

“Soil Gainers”:The European ancestried U.S. ‘land-baron’ inheritors of today, might even be accused of being unprincipled ‘Land Sharks’ descendants, nothing more. Of those billionaires who are currently amassing great land holdings, we laugh. The old Miner’s adage applies: “The more land you own, the more it owns you. Even if you are eventually ‘planted’ therein, your precious ownership and ‘Deed of Purchase’, will merely be Sand in the Wind.”

A further, ‘blackening of the pot’ has been the estimated $156,000,000,000.00 in lost income and other monies by mismanagement of the U.S. Government over Indian financial accounts. While the Indians finally settled for a mere $4,500,000,000.00, for their unseemly losses over the many decades, even the initial trial Judge, the Honorable Royce Lambeth, could not tolerate the misdeeds and obfuscations by the U.S. Government. One should read his statements during the trial.

We sincerely hope the land buy-backs occurring, by the U.S. Government, and perhaps purchases accelerating in the near future, benefit these Indian victims and descendants of Indian victims of earlier Europeans avarice, belligerence, and lethality. The complicity of earlier U.S. Administrations to see and disregard the felonious theft is appalling. Now, we ask: “Who are those in the District of Columbia to denigrate other Nations, of their treatment of occupants in their territories, when America’s behavioral history, has, at times, been the lowest of the low?” Does their avarice overcome any shame? They criticize other great Nations? Even today, some Americans treatment of minorities is appalling.

If the International Court of Justice, with its 15 Justices, and other International legal bodies, had both the Jurisdiction along with the Will, we think, there are many American leaders and lesser politicians who would be looking out for their representations on INTERPOL WARRANTS. They all might be conjoined with some other cabal nations who decry others, and yet participate with ‘Uncle Sam’.

America, just 240+ years old, can learn from ancient civilizations. In age, there is Wisdom.

Mining Managements: Will They Ever Have Operational Paradigms Of : “Capitalism With A Conscience”?

Over many decades, on all of the continents, we have see time and again, in many mining operations, a repeating scenario; this being: “Promise the land owners everything; reduce it, with ‘operational costs’ (prior to payments); deliver very little to them; leave the owners with nothing for cleaning up the ‘malignant’ messes left behind.” There are very minor iterations to this general theme, be it for ‘below ground’ or ‘open pit’ operations regardless of the minerals involved. These “Capitalists” do NOT share the wealth (thus avoiding ‘Capitalism With A Conscience’).

A continued theme to these Mining Scenarios, regardless of continent or country, is that typically the Indigenous Peoples who own the lands, as cases may be, are NOT given respect as to their inputs on the projects. Instead, governmental bureaucrats speak ‘on their behalf’! We, in International Business, understand how that really works [to the chagrin of the landowners].

In Papua New Guinea, we hope the government will be able to realize gains for its citizens, as it re-negotiates the contractual elements. For past damages to the ecology of the area, how does one properly assess it? For future damage, how does one assure substantial site remediation funds are available? What about health benefits long term for employees who suffer any contamination?

We think that this offered framework by the Canadians and Chinese, is a ‘giant step’ forward towards all participants ‘winning in this card game’; Certainly 51% ownership to the Papua New Guinea Government helps. Since the Chinese are “Masters of the Long View” of business transactions [their not being mere ‘day-traders’], we think stability to this new contract will be evidenced by them. By and large, we applaud “C.E.O.” Mr. Mark Bristow, for his ‘Paradigm Shift’ as to what Contracts can become: “Winning Hands For All Players In The Biggest Gambles Of All: Mining”. As for ‘Gold (Aurum) itself, we say: “Go long as to the ‘play’, you will smile each day.”

Reality: A ‘Good Deal’ for all ‘anxious’ parties requires: a New Deck of Cards; a ‘Clean Shuffle’; Card distribution by One with Integrity; and, Satisfaction in each party’s play.

Ocean Metallic Nodules Mining: Should Standards Be Different From Land Minerals Mining?

The question of Metallic Nodules being removed from the sands under the seas, so as not to harm seabed inhabitants, is interesting to us in International Business. We ask, how many qualified damage assessments are made wherever a gas or oil core drill holes are dug in any ocean of the world? Are not the nearby fauna displaced by the drilling activity nearby? One might even think that the removal of manganese nodules, for example, which will be ‘quickly’ replaced by the same chemical actions which created them, is less invasive than drilling large pipes thousand of feet into seabeds [and their remaining in place for eons].

One may assume the great ocean currents of the world, in terms of: Variety of seaborn minerals transported; Levels of Oxygen transmitted; Variations of water temperatures; and Strengths of water current are all more encompassing to life in the seas than fauna on the ground. If this is indeed the case, then one can argue that “Seabeds are more ‘dynamic'” than critics of Seabed Mining admit. Seabeds can recover from nodule removal in the dynamic environment in which they reside.

Many people think that Governmental bureaucracies needing more time to evaluate the world oceans [362 million square kilometers (140 million square miles)] is surreptitious scheming and scamming at best. ‘Bureaucratic Inefficiencies’ are well known around the world. It is inherent in their makeups. Left to those government ‘Chaps’, decades upon decades will lead to conclusions of ‘nothingness’ having been achieved [they will have earned many paychecks though]. Has land-based mining been scrutinized to the same level as ‘Nodule Mining’ by these bureaucrats? “No”, are our opinions. Perhaps the ‘bleakness’ of land areas where much land-mining is performed is the reason? Ask the governments’ bureaucrats. Just look at ‘Lithium’ mining around the world, for a start.

A more logical proposition is: Commence “Seabed Nodule Mining” in specific ‘limited-size’ areas of the world’s oceans and review ‘significant changes’ if any thereafter. Investigate values of seabed remediation, following mining activities. Certainly, where the aforementioned gas/oil drilling has been taking place for decades, in many areas of the world, comparisons can be made as to any untoward effects in the seabeds.

We think that the ready availability of mining metals in the ocean has a financial viability few land-based areas can match [Afghanistan, North Korea, Siberia, and Venezuela are exceptions [as they abound in certain mineralizations]. Some of the profits from the seabed mining could go to Oceanographic Institutes for fauna/flora development in seabeds. The great wealth lying on seabeds is a great draw for commerce. ‘Conscientious Capitalists’ who engage in ‘Nodule Mining’ can benefit: Citizens of seaside countries, Seabeds located therein, and certainly themselves for the investment risks taken.

‘Corporate Fashionability’ [against Nodule Mining] articulated by managers, appears to be mere ‘Marketing Ploys’ since land-based mining is only given superficial review, unless a major catastrophe,occurs. [After all, they did not climb their corporate ladders by being ‘Mavericks’ but, by being ‘Yes-Men’, many observers think].

Reality: ‘The Man Upstairs’, in his Wisdom, did not stop placing valuable minerals which his creation, Man, could use, from land to seashores, but beyond as well.

Smart Businessmen And Smart Leaders Know Showing Others Respect Is Very Wise

As we go about our daily International Business activities, at times we take pause to think about: The Success of Showing Others Respect. We recently were all taken aback by a noted, historically hegemonic leader’s comment, of another world leader being a ‘Killer’. The question asked by a ‘Germalist’ should have had the asinine questioner rebuked immediately by Main Stream Media acolytes. The answer given by the often orally sarcastic leader, many people think, further calls into question his lucidity. As we suspect, a Amendment XXV will soon be employed to vector him out of office. Sagacious people will refer to his ignorant answer, which besmirches the other Nation’s Leader significantly. We think such diatribe has NO place in International Relations, whatsoever! At best, we may cut the offender a ‘little slack’ due to his obvious on-going mental and physical retardation [To wit, his falling three times climbing the ‘tricky steps’ (?) up the stairway to his aircraft]. Insults, orated by leaders against Leaders, demonstrate despair, nothing more.

A greater show of disrespect, is the fervency of International, National, and State leaders to proclaim they KNOW: The original Mammalian [Chiroptera] Source of Coronavirus (CV19); The COUNTRY SPECIFIC Location of insipient distribution; The FACT of CV19 NOT BEING ANTHROPOGENIC in origin nor Anthropomorphic as to its iterative self. [Their lack of explanation of the FOUR LYSINE MOLECULES used by CV19, for cell body entry, is not addressed]. As one Nation has been relentlessly been assailed as being the ‘Pandemic Bogeyman’, we ask: With all of the world’s Bio-Chemical Laboratories available for hire, as well as ‘Free-Lance’ Bio-Chemists, is not it possible others, on other continents, years before 2019, may have been working on such a Bio-Weapon as a ‘Single-strand RNA Virus’ (perhaps ‘age’ and ‘life-style’ focused). Those who do not have, ‘want’; those who have, ‘want more’; those with the ‘most’ [like a Cancer], enter into new ‘arenas to exploit’.

A example of respectfulness applied to best business practices, is a brief event of decades ago. One afternoon, at a well known university, a limousine drove up and a affable Gentleman stepped out and asked the students where the Administration building was located. He was told, and then decided, to merely walk a short distance to it, along with his student entourage. Upon arriving he thanked all of his ‘acolytes’ and then went inside the building. Unbeknown to the gentleman, one of the student’s father, who was later told of the happening, was the banker who decided thereafter, to loan the Gentleman money for his production. The Gentleman of whom we write: Mr. Walter Elias Disney [He was a True “Class-Act”].

Americans, in their second decade of the century, are amassing consumer debt as never before. Per the New York Federal Reserve: “Household Debt and Credit Developments in 2020Q41Aggregate household debt balances increased by $206 billion in the fourth quarter of 2020, a1.4% rise from 2020Q3, and now stand at $14.56 trillion.” Assuming, for discussion, a U.S. population in 2021 of approximately 332,000,000 Americans, evidences a average of $43,855.00 owed to others. The well-written report states that consumer debt has climbed further since Coronavirus {CV19} was recognized as a pandemic in the United States.

EACH OF THE AFOREMENTIONED TACTICS ARE ‘TROJAN HORSES’ to be used against those inside America. Tainted candy tastes sweet to the victims’ tongues.

SR’s will immediately seek out Management employees to act as ‘Herders’ for the ‘Sleepy Sheep‘. The herders will put out the main themes of the ISCC ,for which they were hired, to the ‘Sleepy Sheep’. The CDC states that its ascertainment of CV19 virion mitigation is less than 2%. Assuming the viability of its determination, we ask: “If masks wearing is omnipresent, and there is CV19 growth, what are the contributors to the abundance that the Medical Professionals are missing or are not disclosing?”

One subject that appears to be taboo is: ‘Life Style [LS]’ contributions to CV19 virion dissemination in populations. Since autopsies reveal the Descending Colon and the Rectum of victims to be the preferred ‘homes’ of CV19, what connection might there be to ‘mechanical transmissions’ person to person [if not through mere respiration [coughing and the like]? Other LS contributions, possibly, to Immunity Reductions are: Ingestion of: Cocaine, Heroin, Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), Marijuana, Opium, et al. Also, perhaps alcoholic beverages harm one’s immune system so CV19 can proliferate? Interestingly enough, as to LS activities: ‘Smokers’ in Intensive Care Units in hospitals do NOT suffer from ‘Cytokine Storms’ when respiratory assaults get underway, it has been reported. Perhaps, this is one reason ‘Havana’ cigar smokers appear to have infrequencies of Cytokine Storms if hospitalized?

We think everyone who profess her or his desire to root out the actual causes[s], insipiencies, and progressions of influenzas, should leave no stone un-turned, have no secret idols, nor confidential interests in shielding ANY aspect of CV19 or its iterations. The mere fact that this virus HAS FOUR ARGININE MOLECULES added to it, which attack severance points in cell bodies, IS UNNATURAL! If this appearance of CV19 is being a ‘Bio-Weapon’, which decriers deny, then let them explain the “CV19 Arginine Conundrum”.

Do the Intelligence Communities of the affected Nations not know of these criminal activities? Have they not identified PMM’s in their countries? If that is the case, why are billions of dollars being spent each year for “Intelligence”?
