☆ U.S. Constitution’s Fourth Amendment Means Very Little In Washington, D.C.

News Analysis: Legal maneuvering  regarding the U.S. Constitution’s Fourth Amendment Means Very Little In Washington, D.C. as evidenced by the latest admission by a U.S. Government Official.

The Fourth Amendment states: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

Now, an admission that maneuvering by the U.S. Government has led to electronic surveillance of Americans in contradiction to the aforementioned Amendment.

Loyal Americans might only view the latest revelation with disgust; machinations by Elected Officials who shun their Oaths of Office to Uphold The U.S. Constitution.

America’s Founding Fathers might get Cases of Indigestion, if they were in the Country today. They would see how their Collective Overt Genius had been so thwarted by Petty Politicians;  Especially, those pontificating today about their own Constitutional Authority. So things go, Downhill.

Reality.
