Similar thoughts are stated by many Citizens of the various “Giving” Countries.
The Monetary Recipients enjoy receiving their Benefactors’ gifts say they are too poor to “Make do” with their current earnings. Others, state that since the earners who gave, paid taxes beforehand to the Host Countries, they can spend their money as they choose.
